Dr. Faynzilberg did an outstanding job putting a cap on my front tooth which had recently cracked in half. He fabricated it in the office using high tech equipment & it was a perfect replica of the broken tooth as well as a perfect match to the the existing good front tooth. He is very personable, knowledgeable, experienced & is detail oriented. The entire staff is great & I've been going here for over 20 years with Dr. Whiting prior to Dr. Faynzilberg.

I recently saw Dr. Michael Faynzilberg for two crowns on my two front teeth. He did an amazing job. Dr. Michael was recommended to me by my father who was a dental technician for over 40 years. It was the best decision I have made. When I was in pictures before it looked like my front tooth was missing and I didn't like to smile in picture. After I saw dr. Michael it now looks so much better and it looks natural so no one says I like your new teeth. Everyone at whiting dental is amazing from the hygienist to the front desk people. Thank you whiting dental arts for allowing to smile again

I generally do not write reviews but feel compelled to warn people of unethical practice. I was charged $450 for a cleaning, panoramic x-rays and a dental consultation. The dentist saw me for less than two minutes and a $150 consultation fee was added to my bill. The dentist was clearly in a rush to get me out. As a healthcare worker, I totally understand the pressures of high caseloads but by no means is it ethical to bill someone for a two minute "consultation". I called the office to complain and the secretary stated that "this was an accidental charge and we will send you a check". It has been months and I still do not have a check. Recently had my six month cleaning elsewhere and this dentist disagreed with findings from Whiting Dental Arts. I would not recommend to anyone let alone trust them with my own teeth. There are too many dentists trying to make a quick dollar at the expense of your health and wallet.

I became a patient of Whiting Dental Arts in 2011, my husband - in 2012. We brought our daughter for her first cleaning when she was 2.5, and now (at 8) she counts months and days till her next visit. Our son will be coming this summer. I can't say enough about Dr. Faynzilberg and everyone at the office. I feel like Mary and Jojo are a part of our family. We certainly miss Dr. Whiting but happy he found such a great successor for his practice.

Amazing experience at Whiting Dental Arts! I had an emergency when my filling fell out and my dentist told me I would need a root canal. Dr. Michael Faynzilberg saw me right away. He was composed, calm, and extremely diligent in his work. He explained all of my options, avoiding a root canal. Dr. Faynzilberg really knows how to think outside the box. In and out in no time at all, with the best experience I've ever had at the dentist.

Dr. Faynzilberg is hands down the best dentist I've ever had. His office is equipped with state of the art technology, which takes dental care to a new level. Efficient and precise in everything he does from a cleaning, to a root canal, to a tooth extraction. A teacher at heart, he is quick to explain the science behind any procedure and erase any fears. Dr. Faynzilberg is a professional and is surrounded by a friendly and kind staff. The receptionist/office manager, Jojo could not be nicer or more helpful. All the dental assistants I've met were super sweet and friendly. Highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs!

I cannot recommend Whiting Dental Arts and specifically Dr. Faynzilberg enough!! My whole life I have had issues with my teeth. I have gone through so many dentists and orthodontists over the years and I can say with absolute certainty that Dr. Faynzilberg is the BEST! Not only does he have a calm and funny demeanor but he's the first Dr. who has gone above and beyond to correct previous dental mistakes that I wasn't even aware of. He is a perfectionist and very well educated in the top dental technology of our time. I won't go anywhere else and I would recommend Dr. Faynzilberg and the whole Whiting Dental Arts team to everyone; I assure you, you won't be disappointed!

I had a great experience with Dr. Jay! He was very informative and made me feel very comfortable during my dental visit. It's nice to have a personable dentist! He works quickly and efficiently. Painless! No sensitivity after my white filling! I'm very happy. Highly recommend!

If I could sum up this office with one word it would be Amazing. Amazing. I've never felt so welcomed by any dentist office I've ever been to. The staff and doctor are down to earth, friendly and want to make sure you're not in any pain! The doctor explained everything thoroughly as he showed me my xray. I am so thankful I found this office - for the first time in my life, I can say I'm excited to go back to the Dentist!

I happened upon Dr Faynzilberg accidentally. He is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. His calm, compassionate, easy going persona is a delight. He loves to think outside the box and comes up with some really innovative ideas. His being on the staff of Boston University Dental School helps him keep up to date with the newest techniques in dentistry. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the practice.

Dr Faynzilberg is amazing with his patience. Usually kids don't like to go to the dentist, my kids ever since visiting his office, love going to see him. Hes very attentive as well as friendly and professional. A true pro, i recommend him to everyone.
