Education and Experience :Dr. Nasar earned his degree in Biology and Dental Surgery in 1970. He joined the New York University in 1976, and received his New York State license in 1979. He practiced in New York City for a time before moving to Utica in 1980. Dr. Nasar founded Whitestown Dental Care in 1982. He is a lifetime member of the American Dental Association.
Personal Facts :Dr. Nasar likes going to the gym and walking he always participates in heart runs and walks. He also enjoys giving back to the community and volunteering for charitable programs in various areas. Family is of the utmost importance to him, which is why he especially loves spending time with his 3 grandchildren.
Education and Experience :He is a 2009 graduate of Boston Universitys Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Prior to enrolling in Boston University, he earned a Bachelors degree in Biology from Utica College. After graduating from BU, he attended a general practice residency program at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. He then worked for 2 years as a general dentist at Whitestown Dental Care.
Afterwards, Dr. Faheem Nasar went on to complete a 3-year combined orthodontics and dento-facial orthopedics/masters of business administration program at the Roseman University of Health Sciences in Henderson, NV. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the New York State Dental Association.
Favorite Part of the Job :Liliya loves helping during the doctors procedures by making patients feel comfortable. Also, she enjoys the atmosphere in the office. For her, it feels like a close-knit family.
