System outdated, consultation done in July and preauthorization never went through. Me and my insurance company called them numeral times for 2 months back and forth. They were asked to send it by mail or email directly to the claim dept beside the portal which never went through. Beware!! For the 2x the office stated they sent it through the portal, I've received the pre-authorization from another company which was not my insurance company (2x) with the full report of my examination and told me to pay out of pocket. I have advised the office receptionist to stop sending it to the wrong place 2x which I also texted them the proof, no one over there follow up nor reply to me. Don't waste your time!

This past weekend I started experiencing quite a bit of pain under my tooth. After going to the dentist he recommended that I see Dr. Olan to have my tooth extracted and an implant done. Thank goodness Dr. Olan was able to schedule my oral surgery within a day and take care of my issue. He was highly professional, knowledgeable and personal and walked me through the step-by-step process of what he was going to do. He had a very positive "chair-side" manner and took the time to answer any questions I had before the procedure. Following the procedure he took the time again to make sure I was good and then at the end of the day today he also called my cell to check in on me. I would go back to him for more work and highly recommend him for anyone needing periodontic care.

Dr Olan made my visit as easy as could be. Was nervous going in but throughout the procedure he made sure everything was ok. Also no pain! I'd recommend him to anybody and everybody I know. Him and his staff are true professionals!

I was a nervous wreck getting an extraction & 2 implants done all in the same day without anesthesia. , Dr Olan did an great job explaining in detail what he was doing & how he was going to do it , He took his time an did an Awesome job on my mouth I barely felt a thing

As someone who has been petrified of dentists for most of my life...I must say that Dr. Olan has changed that! He is a caring & compassionate Professional who explains everything to you while he is doing it ( he even makes you chuckle & who today can't use a good laugh!) he puts you completely at ease, he is thorough and even calls you later on in the afternoon to check in to see how you're feeling! And after having a tooth extracted and an implant put in...I FELT NO PAIN! So thanks Dr. Olan you are amazing! So if anyone out there is looking for an oral surgeon/dentist...there is no need to look any further! Dr. Olan is the best there is! You won't be disappointed I promise!

I saw Dr. Olan at Raphelsohn Dental for a dental implant. I came in feeling a little worried because I'm always afraid of dental work but I was pleasantly happy from the entire experience. I had very little discomfort. Excellent work! Dr. Olan was very professional and kind. He made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me about the dental implant process and asked me if I had any questions for him. He took the time out to call me later that evening to ask how I was doing. I really appreciated that. Excellent work from Dr. Olan and his staff that assisted him that day. I would recommend him to anyone because he is an excellent, kind and skilled doctor.

Dr. Olan is the best at what he does. I had a tooth extracted and an implant put in with no pain, swelling or much bleeding. I did not experience any pain or swelling after the anesthetic wore out. I never imagined it could be that painless. I would recommend Dr. Olan to anyone in need of a periodontist or an implant, as I mentioned above he is truly the best.

My experience with Dr. Olan was wonderful! After years of neglecting my teeth I was embarrassed to go to a dentist! Dr Olan and his staff were very nice and understanding. Dr. Olan is a great dentist!!

Great service, very knowledgeable and professional. Very gentle and guided me through my procedure step by step. Followed up with me later in the day to make sure I was ok and that I was following the post op procedures. Doesn't happen to me very often. Would highly recommend him.
