They pulled all 4 of my wizdom teeth and did not provide me with any pain killers. I was in the worst pain in my life i had to go to the hospital 3 nights in a row at 3 am in the morning. I would never use this place again

I will give this place a 3 Only because the Staff was very polite and nice..However the pulling teeth part i did not like.. I had to get 2 wisdom teeth out both impacted. I got a local due to my anxiety being a bit rough about being put under. Top one was fairly easy to get out but the bottom took some time.. He was very rough getting it out and i felt as if my jaw was going to break with how much force was being pushed onto it.. Did not prescribe me any pain meds so i was is absolute agony for weeks!

Just went here today and not too satisfied. First of all I filled the paperwork out for them to barely even look at I have a long list of health issues that cause concern with surgery and I was sorta shocked they werent a little more thorough. The nurse spoke to me more then doctor who literally only asked if I wanted to be put to sleep or have local to which I answered and then I asked him how to treat pain after surgery to which he replied ibuprofen.Everytime I have had surgery done I needed more then a simple Tylenol etc. Which always led me to the e.r. and they dont ever want to deal with that there either. So Im sorta uneasy now about getting my surgery done because I do have lyme and an auto immune disease and when I have a surgery it takes me longer to recover which means extra pain. They also took an uneeded xray since my primary dentist had printed one out for me to give them. The only nice person there I dealt with was the front desk lady. All the other people stared and gave dirty looks! Felt very uncomfortable. So now on the hunt for a different oral surgeon. Dont recommend this place at all!!!

This by far was the best Oral Surgeon I have ever had. The staff are awesome, very helpful and professional, the front desk manager went above and beyond her job to direct me to the right place to get the proper referral to have 3 teeth pulled. I have 3 teeth pulled on Monday and after everything wore off the novocain and stuff that put me to sleep I felt no pain and minimal swelling by far the best Oral Surgeon and staff I have ever had. I have 15 teeth out i know what I'm talking about. Thanks Doc. And thank you staff. May the rest of your year be filled with many Blessings.

I"m very disappointed and have taken my business elsewhere. The dentist/oral surgeon, Dr. Jackson Nguyen, was rude, and I can't imagine entrusting him with my dental needs. The long story: the assistant (hygenist/nurse) took me to the x-ray machine and pointed. No discussion, no questions, though she was pleasant overall (not good with customer service or communication, though, but I felt she was under orders or just limited in what she can and cannot say or do, and I felt sorry for her). I immediately said "no" since I had full x-rays a week before at my regular dentist. She had given me a copy of the panorama view with the referral, which I gave to the assistant, and I didn't expect more x-rays (nobody should be overexposed, and I've had plenty for various reasons). I understand now that I should have requested that she send the x-rays prior to my appointment here, but it didn't occur to me. Dr. Nguyen was argumentative and belligerent about it (the lack of x-rays) and said I'd have to reschedule. I was shocked (I live an hour away, and it's hard for me to get away from work), and I suggested a staff member could call my dentist to have them sent immediately. He said impatiently and sarcastically that they don't have sufficient staff (or are "short-staffed"). He was annoyed and dismissive during my entire visit. I stood my ground calmly, and he finally relented though he remained rude and short-tempered. He took a look at my teeth (I need to have two extractions after I lost fillings and teeth cracked), and made comments about areas I wasn't seeing him for. However, I've covered the two areas that *were* his concern with "temp-tooth" (DIY fake teeth) since they're toward the front and the gaps look terrible. I offered to take them off so he could see (it's easy), and he refused saying he doesn't need to see. He announced the care plan (extractions, no sedative) and that was that. He did not even look at the two teeth I need extracted. I was given an appointment for June. This was in January. I've been in pain (he didn't ask about that) and I've had occasional bleeding, plus my regular dentist doesn't want to do other work until the extractions are taken care of. And that work is urgent because the enamel is decaying rapidly on several teeth plus I've lost other fillings. I can't chew properly. I've called four times over a two-week period to ask about an earlier appt. or whether I can be on a cancellation list, and each time I was told an appointment coordinator would get back to me. Nobody has, and I give up. Fortunately, there are other oral surgeons in the area, but it takes time to find them and make appointments (I've been away from this area for a long time). So I tried to give this place a chance, even after the poor experience with Dr. Nguyen (I asked for a different surgeon and was told that's possible), but nobody returned my call. So I've given up and that's the end of that. I rarely write a negative review, but sometimes it's necessary. I really gave this place a chance despite the initial bad impression. I really don't understand why he was so rude. Bad day? Doesn't like women? I'm old enough to be his grandmother (technically, at least), and I'm an educated professional (previously a university professor). I was polite and friendly. What gives? Caveat Emptor.

Dr Ngyuen is nothing short of amazing. I went in for an advanced oral surgery CRYING because its been 12 years without dental insurance and I was TERRIFIED! He and his staff were sensitive to my situation and provided the best of the BEST dental service ive ever experienced. Im even going to switch my dentist to one of their sister companies since they were THAT good. I had no pain, no infection and a perfectly stitched suture. My Holes have healed beautifully. Thank you Dr Jackson ! And staff !

My dentist referred me for some major oral surgery here. Dr. Nyguen and the entire staff did an amazing job. They were professional, kind, and most importantly they were competent. I'd recommend this practice to anyone who needs oral surgery.
