I always have such a wonderful experience here. My previous dentist scared me and had me terrified of going to the dentist. I neglected my teeth terribly during that time period. Since going to Whitehall Dental Group, we've been steadily getting my teeth taken care of and I don't spend an entire filling gripped in pain! Everyone on staff especialy Dr. Tailor has been incredibly kind and a joy to be around. My daughter loves coming to the dentist now and asks to come along with me for my appointments. They treat her so well and it's such a wonderful environment. They've alleviated my pain, fixed my teeth, helped me conquer my fear, and seem to honestly care about their patients. The wait time is never long and I plan to be a patient here a long time. I highly recommend!

This was my first time at Whitehall Dental Group for my twice yearly oral care. I called to make an appointment and they had me in the next morning! The entire office is extremely clean and well organized. Everybody that works there is super friendly, efficient and always has a smile on their face. As soon as you walk into the office and you meet Tulip, the receptionist, you will feel at ease and comfortable to be there. I also met Natasha during my visit. She was a gem. She was funny and always smiling and was able to answer any questions that I had. Then I met Dr. Shah who is extremely knowledgeable and explained things to me in ways that I could understand. He reviewed the pros and cons of my particular situation with a certain tooth that required treatment and was willing to work with me as far as payment was concerned which was a huge relief. All in all, I would recommend this Dental Group and Dr. Shah and his employees to anyone without hesitation. So happy that I found this Dental Group and I hope to be going to them for a very, very long time. If anyone is looking for a new dentist in the Whitehall area, I suggest you check them out.

Dr. Tailor and her assistant make a great team and do fabulous work! I was very patient and relaxed through the entire procedure. Thanks to the communication skills of Dr. Tailor.

All the girls there are very nice, my daughter and I enjoyed the visit, and they respected my time because I was on lunch break for my visit

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Everyone I interacted with was super nice, and my dentist was top-notch, literally gave me my smile back!

The dentists there are great. They took their time with me and did a good job. The one receptionist who typically answers the phone there is horrible though. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She seems like the type that is related or friends with the dentists and that's why she still has this job. I am SO happy to not be limited with insurance anymore and can go elsewhere. It's a shame since the dentists are good and the techs are great.

Been going here for year and half I keep having a Young foreign dentist who don't make u feel comfortable they chit chat wit there co-workers n DNT comforter there patients n my appointments the next day I called to check wit my insurance n tellin me I cant just come even tho they except my insurance I was gonna go n give them update info insisting I have to call all around to get more info when just one number I'm giving tomorrow this place is a joke I went here cause it's close to.home but it's not good service I want a dentist who likes there patients and there. Job I get a new dentist every time n there young n DNT talk to there patients as they get work done this is not a place u want to be long term if it's something minor yes but not long term almost as bad as dental dream

I love coming here! Both the female dr. And the male dr., are great and make me feel comfortable and welcomed. The assistants are also awesome; it's always all smiles and laughs when I go. Would deff recommend!

I really recommend this dentist. Everyone is so nice and their work is amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome, and they see you in a timely manner. I am truly glad to have found this dental office. :)

I like the dentist. He's a good doctor. However, this review is for the rude and ghetto receptionists at the front desk. Why weren't we told we had to all stand or wait in the car with my kids while my other kids were seen before coming. I wouldn't have come to this office if that was the case.

I'm so happy I found this dentist! Staff is so friendly, professional and informative. I've had two root canals, a deep cleaning and regular cleaning. I have severe dental anxiety and he put my mind at ease. They talk you through what they're doing and make recommendations based on your care needs. Highly recommended! Thank you!!

Ive been coming to this office since they opened the doors faithfully every Six (6) months for routine cleanings with my kids . Hats off to the two young lady's under paid under appreciated taking a risk each Day dealing with patients/ And the Dentist , who Don't and Do appreciate your wonderful services keep up the Excellent work Angeline and Mirkle multitasking can't be easy during this time Always short staffed . Im really glad when I call in I can actually understand what the receptionist us saying now !! ... love you two (2) girls .. Hats off thank you #salute

Im glad I was recommended here after years of pain the Dentist here Ms.tailor made sure my procedure was quick and painless she was very insightful and seemed well seasoned in her practice. The assistance was very nice as well Ms.minnie & Ms.Angie were both very nice and i felt welcome here this dentist is a proper choice!

Now should I start with !what happen with the front desk team?????there's a new young female receptionist sitting there whom didn't even give me eye contact mean while was looking down at her phone and rude . , not to mention I didn't understand a word the two older lady's said when speaking and trying to schedule my appointment this office has new staff every month . I will transfer myself and kids and you should all do the same .find a office where you can understand the receptionist clearly and be greeted with respect .
