The tv in the waiting area is always so loud and I tried many times to ask them to lower the volume but they say they don't have the remote

I scheduled an appointment for my mom to see Dr nidal first appointment they let her in to the clinic after we waited for 40 minutes and they made her wait for two and a half hours and the doctor is coming in and going out and his excuse was he seeing another patient I don't really understand how can a doctor see two patients at the same time, we did a mistake and we rescheduled her appointment with the same doctor and unfortunately my mom was late for 10 minutes they didn't let her in because she was late for 10 minutes, so that is the contradency when we come on our appointment on time they made us wait for 40 minutes and when we come late 10 minutes they don't let us in I don't recommend this doctor and I don't recommend this clinic, I give them one star due to the fact you cannot put a review without giving them a star they don't even deserve one star

I get excellent dental work at this dental office every time and I've been going there for quite a while that I can't even remember when I started but it is a great place very friendly and great service.

The assistant that I had was doing x-rays of my teeth and she was very aggressive. I have never felt that kind of pain before, and I hope I never will again. It got to the point that it made me cry but also frustrated. Then, my dentist and the same assistant were continuing to be aggressive when they were cleaning my teeth. I had bled and felt scratches in my mouth. It was painful to eat and drink the rest of the day. I would not recommend.

IF YOURE NEW TO THE AREA, AND ARE CONSIDERING COMING TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE - DONT. i've been to many dental offices over the years and i've never had an experience as awful as this one. first of all, i never even saw a dentist. a dental assistant is the only person that came into the room, and i started off my visit by letting them know my wisdom tooth is infected. i've been through many dental issues, i know when my tooth is infected. the assistant proceeded to tell me it was a 'kanker sore' and then prescribed me antibiotics anyway???? after telling me there was nothing wrong, she then told me i had an 'ulcer' that probably wasn't infected. when i told her i'm pretty sure it not a kanker sour... she told me i needed to have the tooth taken out. she then gave me attitude and was very rude because i firmly said that i knew it was infected. she poked at the gum around the infection, clearly hurting me, and told me there was nothing wrong. she then told me to go to an oral surgeon and 'eat only soft foods for a few weeks'. i never saw a dentist, never got the chance to talk to an ACTUAL EDUCATED dentist & i left in more pain then i came in with. steer clear of this place and it's unprofessional atmosphere & dental assistants that give attitude instead of bedside manor. the worst experience of my life to date.

I just started with this office because I moved to the area and so far, I'm very pleased! The dentist's are very good, patient, explain every step of the way and definitely skilled. I've had better experiences with them than my previous dentist. The staff has been very friendly. So glad hubby's friend knew of them to recommend them to me.
