Dr. White was born and raised in Newnan, GA, but he has always had strong ties to Coastal Georgia. After receiving his BS in Biology from Georgia Southern in 2006, he moved to Augusta, GA to pursue his lifelong goal of becoming a dentist. He gained valuable work experience as a dental lab technician and dental assistant before his acceptance to the Dental College of Georgia. Throughout dental school, Dr. White was actively involved in the America Student Dental Association and Georgia Dental Association, traveling around the county for various conferences and participating in lobbying events to promote dental legislature. After dental school, he furthered his dental education by completing a two year General Practice Residency, gaining advanced training in sedation dentistry and dental implants. Dr. White maintains memberships within the Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and was inducted as a fellow into the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in January of 2017.
Dr. White's wife, Shay, also serves the Savannah community as a practicing Physician Assistant. Dr. White is an accomplished sailor and continues to serve as a Board Member for the Augusta Sailing Club, where he and Shay are active members. He participates in various sailing events and regattas across the southeast and looks forward to getting more involved in the sailing community here in Savannah. In his free time, Dr. White enjoys home improvement projects and traveling to see live music every chance he gets.
Dr. White was fortunate to have outstanding mentors who have guided his dental career, instilling an impeccable work ethic and genuine concern for his patients. He is committed to providing compassionate and thorough care to his patients and is excited to serve the greater Savannah area.
