Dr. Travis White, his wife Alicia, and their three children, Kiara, Kenton, and McKenzie, enjoy living in the Basin and love raising their children among family and friends. One of the most rewarding things about practicing in the Basin has been the ability to reestablish relationships within the community as a whole. Dr. Travis grew up in the Basin and enjoys spending time in the outdoors, mountain biking and attending sporting events with his kids.
Dr. Travis completed his dental training at the University of Kentucky and then continued his training in the specialty of pediatric dentistry at the Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Travis is board-certified in pediatric dentistry and is a specialist who is dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teen years. This includes children with special health care needs. Young children, pre-teens, and teenagers all need different approaches in dealing with behavior, guiding their dental growth and development, and helping them avoid future dental problems.

Dr. Kolby Lance was born and raised in Vernal. He and his wife Tara, a dental hygienist, along with their three children, Noah, Sloan, and Rowan were excited to have the opportunity to move back to the Basin to join the kid-focused team at White Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. When they aren't doing dentistry, you can find the Lances cheering on Noah at the baseball fields, camping and fourwheeling on the mountain, or watching Utah Jazz games.
After graduating from Brigham Young University, Dr. Lance completed his dental training at the Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health. He then continued his training in the specialty of pediatric dentistry at NYU Langone Hospitals. Dr. Lance is a specialist who is dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teen years. He's passionate about treating children with special healthcare needs, infants, young children, pre-teens, and adolescents.
Dr. Lance loves the Basin community and wants to help set the stage for Basin kids to have a lifetime of healthy smiles. I'm from the small town of Delta, Utah. I have four brothers and two sisters. After high school, I attended college at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. I graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree. I majored in psychology with a minor in family services. After college, I married Kalen Brady and moved to Vernal. My hobbies include hiking, camping, hunting, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.
Tricia was born in Logan, Utah but moved to Vernal when she was young. She graduated from Uintah High School. She lives in Lapoint with her wonderful husband, Quint, and two great kids, Tasia and Jude. Her hobbies are camping, hunting, riding horses and just being with family.
Richelle was born and raised in Altamont, Utah. She has been married to David VanLeuven for over 20 years, and together they have four beautiful daughters. She loves spending time with family and watching all of her girls do their activities. She has been with White Smiles since August 2015.
Amy was born in Salt Lake City. She has lived in the Basin since 1992. She has two great children, Zoey-Jo and D'kin. She attended USU in Vernal and finished her associate degree of applied science from CNCC in 2005, continued her education and graduated from CNCC Dental Hygiene program in 2008. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She has been with White Smiles since June 2016.
Heidi was born in Denver, Colorado. She moved to her hometown Rangely, Colorado when she was 3 years old. She lived there for 28 years. She graduated high school in 2000, married her high school sweetheart in 2001, and then graduated from Colorado Northwestern Community College in 2002. She received her associates degree in business management. Heidi and her husband of 15 years have three amazing kids. They stay very busy with Tyce, Saige and Reese. They moved to Vernal in 2013. Heidi loves anything to do with her husband and kids, especially outdoor activities, and going to the lake is one of their familys favorites. Traveling has become a favorite as well. She follows her three kids in all their sporting events.
I am Kiara White. I have worked with White Smiles since June 2016. I have lived in Vernal for seven years. I am a senior in high school. I was a U'ette for two years. We took State my sophomore year, and were runner-up my junior year. I love art, and I hope to study art and photography more in college. My favorite color is burgundy. I love summer and should probably live on a beach. I love to shop, and I am convinced that a girl can never have too many clothes. I am addicted to Cafe Rio, and spend all my money on Tasty Tuesday.
Brooke grew up in Ephraim, Utah and later moved to Logan, where she graduated and also began teaching at APEX Dental Assisting Program in 2012. Since then she has enjoyed working in various aspects of the dental field. Brook is married to her wonderful husband, Justin. Together with their five kids, she stays pretty busy and involved in all of their activities. Brooke enjoys camping, hunting, traveling and spending time with family. Brooke loves seeing each kid in the office and has worked here since May 2017.
