Dr. White grew up in Louisiana's Cajun country, where most days began with hunting or fishing and finished with a meal among family and friends. He married his college sweetheart, had two wonderful children, and the most recent addition to his family is Daisy, an adopted boxer from the Animal Shelter. Dr. White also enjoys sailing, kayaking, and paddleboarding the beautiful waters of the Emerald Coast.
Dr. White is a graduate of LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans, his undergraduate degrees are in Business Administration and Biology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, LA. He is also currently a Fellow of the International Dental Implant Association. This organization focuses on educating dentists on dental implantology and bone grafting. Additionally, Dr. White is a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics which teaches the advanced placement of botox and fillers.
Shelley has been with White Smiles since 2017. She is the first face you see when you come into the dental clinic. She provides patients with dental cleanings, helping prevent diseases such as gingivitis and periodontal disease. She is responsible for helping keep your gums healthy which will lead to healthy bone and a smile that will last a lifetime. Shelley also educates patients on ways to improve and maintain good oral health.
Brittany has been with the office since December of 2018 but is not new to the dental industry. She has extensive knowledge of the front office duties and she has been helping keep offices running smoothly for the last decade, She manages the office, handles the staff, scheduling, and is the patient liaison for insurance issues & billing. She is often times the last face you see inside the office and the voice on the other end of the line resolving issues you may face as a patient.
Tanisha is Dr. White's assistant, responsible for helping prepare patients for their dental procedures. She is an expert at keeping all of the equipment cleaned and maintained. Always smiling and ready to make our patients as comfortable as possible.

I came to white smiles after not going to the dentist for 6 years and they made it so easy. They truly want you to be happy with your teeth and are so kind and comforting throughout the whole process. They explained each step they took and why so I never felt nervous or confused. Highly recommend!

I was really concerned about two previous cleanings with another dentist that were very very painful. So as you can imagine I was very concerned about the cleaning with Dr White's office... I'm happy to say that Shelly or is it Shelby... Anywho the young lady that cleaned my teeth and Dr White's office did an excellent job sure it was uncomfortable but that's how the dentist always is... But it was entirely tolerable and that's saying a lot from me... I think Dr White's office is the best dentist office I've ever been to in My Life and I'm going to continue to go there... I hope this helps some people decide when they need dental Care which office to go to that's Dr Ben White at White smiles dentistry.

Great experience. From the beginning of making the appointment, to paperwork (done online and before arrival to office), to the hygienist and other office staff and last but not least Dr White. A very clean and well decorated office space made my dental visit overall a great experience. Thanks to everybody at White Smiles

Dr. White and the staff at White Smiles are top notch! Not only do they provide excellent dental care with state of the art equipment and techniques, they do so in a professional, personable, comfortable, and relaxing environment. Dr. White and his team are an asset to the greater Pensacola area. My family and I have had nothing but great experiences at White Smiles. The music playlist in the office alone will make you want to go back to the dentist!
