Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Great experience as first time patient here. Staff was welcoming and quick. Staff adjusted to work with my insurance even though it wasn't a PPO.

I love my new dental office.!!! I am so scared of the dentist and this place was so accommodating!!! They took their time to make sure I was very comfortable.I am so happy I found a place that I'm not scared to go they took such good care of me!!!! The whole staff was very nice and professional i definitely recommend this place especially if your nervous about goin to the dentist,I am not scared anymore thanks to this place.

Every dental office I visit always gives me some kind of issue. I never have a pleasant experience or above average experience when it comes to clarity and straightforwardness of the work that will be done and the payment. I have to say Maria the manager is what made White Smile Dental group a 5 star facility to me. You can only go so far with just a nice office but when you have excellent staff such as Maria that's what sets this place apart from others.

Been coming here since 2019! Jose, Gisselle, dr Ken, and honestly everybody else as well that works here is amazing! They all are super nice, and make me feel comfortable when getting anything done. The work is always painless and fast! And they work with my insurance! If you don't have insurance they offer payment plans, and there prices are great!

Honestly, the worst customer service ever. The hygienists are great, but the office staff is awful. They constantly have excuses of why things are not done. They can't get paperwork, etc. They tell you they can get it done the next day etc etc, but it keeps getting pushed off. Or, they just ignore emails completely until you call multiple times. I've spoken to the head owner, and yet it continues to happen this way. Their office staff is incompetent.

I have always had a fear of the dentist due to previous traumatic experiences. I decided to come to White smile dental group and saw Dr. Masha . I am so happy she is so amazing. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and caring . My fear is gone , I'm so grateful I found them.

Love this place, as far as you can "love" going to the dentist. Never have to wait long, and when I wait, I take a short massage in the massage chair ;-) They send me text messages to remind me of the appointment, which is great, as I'm not super organized, so I'm glad they are. Highly recommend.
