Dr. Williams was born number 7 of 9 children. He comes from a military family, and although he was born in Maryland, he spent most of his early childhood in Germany where his family was stationed for over 6 years, until they returned to the states when he was in second grade. His family was stationed in Washington State, where he spent the rest of his youth and considered home. He is now unapologetically a huge Seattle sports fan, although Texas teams are growing on him! Dr. Williams will be the first to tell you that he was not the greatest student in high school. He credits his ability to get into a good university to the fact that he qualified for a program in high school called Running Start that allowed him to take community college courses starting his junior year. This experience allowed him to learn the hard way the need for good study habits and time-management, which would be a huge blessing for him as he continued his education.

After high school, Dr. Williams had the opportunity to serve a two-year service mission for his church in Mexico. Not only did this build a love for the people, language, culture, and customs, but this was the first step leading Dr. Williams to his chosen career in dentistry. He knew he wanted to be in a field that allowed him to serve others and help better their lives.

Returning home from his service mission is when he started dating his future wife, Carly. Soon after marriage, they moved to Provo, Utah where Dr. Williams completed his bachelor's degree in psychology. They have now been married going on 13 years and have 4 children, Bailey 11, Harper 7, Rainier 5 and they just welcomed Rowan at the end of October (2021). Carly is the love of Dr. Williams life and his number one supporter. She was the real reason I believed in myself enough to apply for dental school, and her support is what got me through it. Their family enjoys being outside, playing in the water, going on hikes, or just riding their bikes and scooters. Dr. Williams and Carly just recently started getting into pickle-balland love any opportunity to play together as double partners.

Dr. Williams received his D.M.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. They loved living in Cleveland, but were very excited to get away from the cold winters and start growing their roots in Texas. Dr. Williams is driven to do his best and serve his community. While at school, he took every opportunity to attend additional training and courses offered and continues his love of learning and refining his skillset by attending as many continued education courses and seminars as he is able. He has taken additional continued education courses such as: root canal therapy, implant placement, orthodontics through clear aligners, esthetics with veneers and crowns, oral conscious sedation and more. He was highly involved in the student run free dental clinic, where he provided access and services to those who otherwise may go without. As a result of his additional time working in the free dental clinic, he has developed the skills to give pain-free injections and is extremely experienced with tooth extractions.

Dr. Williams has worked with his mentor in Killeen, Texas for the last 4 years refining himselfand his skillset. His mentorship and ambitions for learning and serving have provided Dr. Williams with the unique opportunity to be ready for practice ownership.

When the opportunity to become a part of, and serve, the Wimberley community presented itself Dr Williams was both humbled and honored. He will strive to continue the legacy that Dr. White has established with his dedication and commitment to serve the community of Wimberley. He is excited to get to know all the amazing patients that have been so good to us over so many years and looks forward to caring for each of you.
