Dr. Friend is an active member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. She is also a Doctor Leadership Participant and an Invisalign Certified Provider.
Dr. Friend has been married to her husband Nicholas for 11 years, and they have one son, Jack. When she isn't practicing dentistry, Dr. Friend enjoys camping with family and friends. She also likes working on a variety of craft projects, including crocheting and quilting.

If you want a Dental office that is there for you White River Dental is the five star place, my personal experience here is the best, I have followed their plan and as of today for the past several visits no cavities. The plan works thanks for all your hard work.

About as painless as it gets when it comes to going to the dentist, just make an appointment, reschedule a couple times if you have to (jk) and finally commit and get it out the way! 2x a year!

The entire staff was very friendly, efficient and great at their job. They helped me with a year long tooth issue. Best experience I've ever had with a dentist in years. They are wonderful and will work with you.

Please don't go here for Invisalign. I spent three years trying with Invisalign and they didn't work but they refused to even give me a partial refund. One year, I called multiple times for new trays and they ignored my calls so I didn't have my new trays for over a year. They repeatedly do not return calls and never answer when you do call. Highly do not recommend.

I went about a month ago and to have an emergency tooth extraction. The assistant was brand new and didn't really know what she was doing so it made me uncomfortable how uncertain she was with some things. I was numbed but had to wait over an hour to begin the extraction and the medicine had worn off a bit at that point. Then, the dentist came in and began the extraction, it was extremely painful and very long. I could hear her getting nervous and it only made my nerves worse. The healing process was terrible due to how much pulling and prying she did to get it out. I've had extractions elsewhere and they went so much better than here. Horrible experience overall and I don't plan to return.
