The hygienist Shane was amazing. He had a very gentle touch while cleaning my teeth. Dr Roman came in and gave me my consultation. He is very knowledgeable and an expert with cosmetic dentistry. I absolutely recommend him hands down!!

White Plains Dental opens at 9am on Saturdays. My appointment was at 9am and I made sure I arrived early, at 8:52am. There was one other patient already waiting and I walked in as the second patient in the waiting room. A third individual walked in after me. Both were seen shortly after. I was still waiting and after following up with the front desk, at 9:15 they said I would be seen shortly. Finally, around 9:20 I was brought to the room. 10 minutes later, I'm told I have to wait another 15-20 minutes because the hygienist is running late. My appointment was at 9am, so I wouldn't be worked on until an hour later, around 10am? How come the other individuals were being taken care of when I had a 9am appointment as well? Unfair treatment and no respect.

Great dental place. I came for a cleaning. Regina did my cleaning and she's amazing, careful, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable.

I am new in the area and needed a new dentist. 1st appointment went in got upsold on needing some sort of gum wash because my teeth bled during cleaning. Wanting to do the best for my teeth I paid $200 for it (with full dental insurance). Primary reason for visit was to check for cavities. After images of teeth were taken I was told to come back in 2 visits to get fillings. I had a chip in my tooth and asked about any more permanent options I had. I was given advice by dentist that only Permanent option was Veneer. I go in for filing of cavities and when it was done my tooth with a small chip was filled. It was the smallest chip on my front tooth. Dentist added on so much to my tooth that it didn't even look natural. I was mortified, while crying I got upset, asked dentist why she would do cosmetic fillings on my teeth when I just want to prevent cavities. She mentioned our prior conversation, which got me very angry because I was only asking for her professional opinion. That was never a validation to start filling teeth that had no health prevention reason to fill. within several weeks the filling fell out. FILLINGS HAVE A LIFE SPAN OF 5-7 YEARS. My front teeth do not hit into any other teeth so there is no excuse. Went back to get it fixed at no cost. I was told then by the same dentist if I want to have a better more realistic job done to go to a cosmetic dentist (that's more specialized). I have heard of people having bad experiences with dentists and doctors but christ until you experience it you don't realize what "Professionals" can actually get away with. PLEASE don't risk your teeth here, there is no going back after the filing and botch fillings they provide.

Dr Roman and his whole staff are competent and caring. They inspire confidence. I have been using his dental practice for several years; they have a satisfied customer in me. Even if my dental plan did not have him as one of the dentists to whom l could go, l would still be one of his customers. Besides, they have great music!

Exceptional, exceptional service and treatment by all staff from the front desk of Melissa and Jianella to the dental assistant Shaneda, to the hygienist Lena, to the dentist Dr. Lob! Leaving even better than I came in and I was doing great before lol. God bless!

Really excellent staff and cleaning! Thorough and offer fluoride treatment. I did not do it but I likely will in the future and it's not too expensive.

not doing so great, stopped taking some insurances, staff seems to rotate every month, last cleaning i had with them, felt like nothing was done

Dr. Roman Shamuelov is the best "go to" Dentist. He does excellent work. Very trustworthy, gives best advice possible. Very light friendly office people and atmosphere. Great technology even to the lighting, prompt service always an easy time here.

Always a great experience when I visit here. The entire staff is pleasant, knowledgable and attentive! Their hygienist Elena is the best! I always feel comfortable, confident that she will do a good job and leave more knowledgeable about how to properly x care for more teeth. She is awesome!
