Dr. Milne graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in 1990 and then furthered his dental education in a residency program at Evanston Hospital in Evanston Illinois. He provided general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry to the public, hospital staff, the critically ill and medically compromised patients.
Prior to attending Northwestern University Dental School, Dr. Milne attended Indiana Uiversity in Bloomington, Indiana. He continued his medical education at Indiana University/Purdue University Respiratory Therapy program in Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated with a degree in Respiratory Therapy.
Jeffrey Milne DDS constantly enhances his skills through advanced continuing education courses. His annual commitment to continuing education far exceeds the state requirements of Indiana & Illinois. Advanced dentistry is changing at a rapid rate and he understands in order to offer you the best dentistry available, he must commit to a lifelong learning experience.
Dr. Schoen graduated from N.Y.U. College of Dentistry in 1971. He went on to serve in the US Army dental corps with the rank of captain. While there he spent one year in a general practice residency with specialty rotations, and then headed an expanded functions team for six months.
In 1979, Dr. Schoen and his family moved to Northwest Indiana, where he raised his two, now grown daughters, and has been in private practice since. He has amassed more than 2000 hours of continuing dental education over the years. His areas of interest and expertise include endodontics (root canal therapy), and implant restorations.He enjoys working with children, seniors and everyone in between!
As our senior dentist, he considers himself the patriarch of our practice family and feels fortunate to be able to work with such a fine group of professionals and genuinely nice people. Additionally, he cherishes the many long-term relationships he has built with his patients over the years, which comprise the other part of his practice family.
