If I could review White Oak as a 10 star I would. My son was deathly afraid of the dentist. We switched to Dr. Popple after a recommendation from a friend. My son ACTUALLY likes the dentist. I don't even know who's child this is - it used to be a nightmare to go to the dentist. Now I don't dread it. Highly recommend. The compassion and care that is shown to the kids that walk through the door - from the front desk on exceeds all expectations. I wish they accepted adult patients. There is no suck to be found here! Thank you!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I cannot say it enough. From the front desk to Dr. Popple and his clinical staff, they were amazing. My 3 year old son had fallen and had trauma to his tooth. They were able to get him in ASAP. They put this mamas worries to ease. They gave my son the best experience and he his excited to go back. I will definitely be recommending this office to everyone I know.

I am a general dentist who tried to do some dental work on my 7 y/o daughter. It was a challenge, so I made the decision to have her see a pediatric specialist for her work. I could not have picked a better office for my daughter's care. From first call to completed treatment, the team at White Oak Pediatric Dentistry made the whole experience seamless. Dr. Popple and Monica took incredible care of my daughter and made a treatment I had difficulty doing look incredibly easy. They are the real deal and I look forward to referring my pediatric dental patients to their incredible office. Thank you!!

Can't say enough kind words about Dr. Popple and the amazing staff @White Oak. Our son was in pain and we couldn't get him into a dentist anywhere! Dr. Poppies went out of his way to make sure we not only got Our son in, but scheduled him the following Monday for a procedure that he knocked out seamlessly. As a worried Dad, I couldn't be more pleased and thankful for an awesome and caring crew. Thank you guys!!!!

Thank you for being INCREDIBLE White Oak team!!!! My nephew has BIG DENTAL ANXIETY! We decided to go to Dr. Popple because he coached his soccer team this season so the dentist didn't seem so scary! I called ahead of time to let them know he was fearful. They gave him extra appointment time and discussed important TX while he was not in the room. Katie the hygienist was so patient and kind while walking him through all the procedures. The consideration and care they took with him was phenomenal and he left with a smile on his face!

My wife and I have been taking our children to this office for several years now and we have been very pleased with the service and patience this office and their staff has provided. We recently had an insurance change and unfortunately we are now out of network. Because of this we decided to try a different practice until we discovered that WOPD would still accept our new insurance even while being out of network and thank goodness because the other practice we tried held no comparison... Bonus: our kids' cleanings are still covered at 100% even being out of network.

Front staff is very unprofessional and inefficient. We love the hygienists and Dr. Ian and Dr. Popple, unfortunately Dr. Popple did not handle our issue we had with the front desk professionally at all.

Dr. Popple and his staff always go out of the way to accommodate patients. I took our kids for cleaning before we relocated out of state and found out my daughter had three cavities. With only few days left before our move, Dr. Popple found a window in his schedule at a very short notice. He spent over an hour fixing her teeth without any help because his assistant called in sick that day. Not only my daughter got all of her teeth fixed, she left happy with a brand new toy. Dr. Popple truly has a heart of gold and a lot of talent as pediatric dentist. He is also just an amazing person, who loves his job. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! We truly miss being part of White Oak practice!

We had an unbelievably wonderful experience with having our twin daughters lip ties (frenectomy) corrected with Dr. Popple. The staff was so prompt getting us evaluated then getting the procedure scheduled. My toddler is also seen by this practice for routine dental needs and everyone has been wonderful. I would 100% recommend Dr. Popple to anyone around! He is always so friendly and so good with my son! My son is 4 and absolutely hates brushing his teeth, but between Shelby and Dr. Popple he did so great at his appointment today!

Today was our first time visiting White Oak Pediatric Dentistry in Carrollton and we loved it! The staff and the Doctor made the experience for our 3 and 9 year old fun, safe and most of all excited to come back.

There aren't enough positive comments I can leave about this practice. If I were to have a dentist like Dr. Ian when I was a kid, I probably wouldn't have the nerves I do when I have an appointment coming up. Everyone in the office is extremely welcoming, calming, and kind. They also allow you to go back with your child, which was a non-negotiable to me. The office is clean, modern, and comforting. There are all kinds of little touches like YouTube, cool glasses, and explaining all the tools to the kids. It's definitely setting up our child for positive views of dentist visits.

Our family has been seeing Dr Popple for 6 years. They are no longer taking new patients with our insurance. Problem is we have younger children who are just now of age to see the dentist. And they refuse to see him. They'll see my other 2 but my youngest is considered a new patient. Not part of an existing family who has a long term relationship with them. I've always heard of doctors and dentist taking siblings. I will be finding all 3 of my kids a new dentist. I very much disagree with their policy on this. Oh they did tell me we could self pay for the 3rd child. But why would we when he has insurance. I'm not going to have 2 dentist for my 3 kids either. Very disappointed in this practice.

Hands down the best place to take your kids! My children actually LOVE going to the dentist! Doctor Popple had to pull three of my sons teeth, and it took him minimal time and my son didn't even realize he did it! Dr.Popple and his team are wonderful with the kids! Dental hygienist Stephanie was talking, laughing, and making my kids feel totally comfortable and at ease! I absolutely highly recommend them!
