For nearly 30 years, the doctors of White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics have been serving families in Central Kentucky and providing them with beautiful smiles. In 1991, Dr. Greg White purchased a practice with existing offices in both Georgetown and Lexington. Less than one year later, he opened our office in London. Dr. Brent Maggard joined our team in 1998 and, in 2000, Dr. Jim Greers existing Richmond and Lexington offices partnered with Drs. White and Maggard to form where we now call home: White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics.
Since then, we have partnered with other orthodontists in Central Kentucky and the Louisville area to spread our passion for providing the ultimate patient experience through the highest quality of treatment, personalized care and involvement in the community. I've been getting my treatment here for about a year. But today was terrible. The First Lady who worked on my teeth didn't seem to know what she was doing even though she was nice and everything but it didn't help. I drove from Cincinnati and arrived on time and was taken in after a while. Hope they do better

We have been going to WGM for over 10 with 4 children and myself being in treatment. The staff is polite and they always work with us on scheduling.

I love the friendliness of the staff. They are always smiling no matter what day or time we go in. My sons teeth are looking incredible! I will be using them for my 2 younger children when they are ready. They also keep up with our school breaks and days off to try and schedule around school hours. Highly recommend!

Fast service, but the techs can be a little rough and talk about personal issues with the other techs. They should focus more on their clients, which would be more professional.

The entire staff at WGM in Georgetown is amazing. They are always friendly, professional, and efficient. Anytime I need to reschedule, I can just text and they respond quickly and never make me feel like I am an inconvenience. They are fast, and always do a nice job of explaining where we are at with my children's treatment plan. I highly recommend them!

This place needs to get their house in order. We were told three different things about billing for a replacement retainer. Initially we were prepared, (as told) to pay out of pocket on the day of impression and pickup. During the impression process, they confirmed amount of out of pocket (which was higher than told on the phone at the time of making the appointment). Then after the impression, patient got a text that she couldn't pick up that day because they were waiting for Medicaid approval/denial. Despite the fact we were told and prepared to pay out of pocket. After calling, I was told it wouldn't be a big deal because the Medicaid info should come through in a couple of days. When calling to check on the approval, I was told it could take up to two weeks. I asked why we were told a couple of days and the answer was "I wish they wouldn't tell people that." So, they are aware that they have a miscommunication problem, but are unwilling or unable to address it.

Dr. White was so awesome before he retired. Dr. Maggard and Dr. McHugh have been absolutely amazing! They are all so gentle, kind and fun! My daughter just got her braces off today and her teeth look perfect!! I would highly recommend WGM to everyone!!

We had a great experience here. The staff is super friendly, very attentive and they let you know everything they are doing. The office is very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for orthodontic services!

White, Greer & Maggard has always managed to make me feel at home when getting my braces cleaned. It was either the hot chocolate or the casual conversations that put everything at ease . LOL I appreciate so much you guys have done for me and for anyone considering getting braces or interested white Greer and maggard is the best bet
