White Dental Spa is better than I could have imagined. The team is kind and attentive to your comfort and your concerns. I felt like, for the first time, my decisions mattered. I am over the moon happy with my smile and the follow up I have been given. The facility is exceptional as well.

I've gone here twice in the past year and it was pleasant! It's very clean and pristine. The dentist did both the cleaning and examination simultaneously which was something I'd never had before. This past time was not as great as the techs/hygienists had to take my X-rays over 10+ times because the portable X-ray seemed to not be working. They also had two people trying (which I assume was someone being trained and that comes with a learning curve so no fault there)! However, biting down on the slip is already uncomfortable as is, so imagine doing that 5+ times on each side. I hope this can be remedied for future patients! Thanks!

I come here to get Botox for my TMJ/ migraines - it lasts about 6 months. The facility is very nice and staff is professional.

Dr. Sara is awesome! Really enjoy her and had a great experience with the ICON resin treatment. They also just added a TV to the ceiling so you can watch whatever you want while you get your teeth worked on. Big plus!

I'm so glad I found this office. The staff was so nice and welcoming, especially Catherine she was so sweet and professional. She greeted me right when I walked in. My husband and I were in and out, didn't feel like those long dental visits people dread going to. Also Dr. Jeong was Amazing.

Three times in three months, this dental spa cancelled appointments with me and my family member at the last minute. Two of those involved a last-minute bait and switch to try to get us to use a different dentist than the one we had wanted to build a relationship with. Here's a clue: if the dentist truly is not in the spa that day, let the customer know that more than 30 minutes before their appointment. Will be going elsewhere due to the unprofessional experience we had here.

Catherine at the front is super sweet and helpful! As soon as I arrived they got me in right away, the girl that took me to the back was also very sweet and helpful. The dr was so informative about everything I didn't even have to ask questions because he laid out all the info. I was nervous about the procedure I was getting and they all made me feel super comfortable and calmed down my nerves a lot! 10/10 recommend. Can't wait to come back!

Update - the dentist no longer does cleanings which is fine, but they typically offer whitening at a 50% discount if you get it within 6 months, but with my insurance covering cleanings twice a year and scheduling not always being the easiest I was able to get back in after 8 months and they made me pay full price which is pricey at $400. I feel like if I'm paying twice a year for whitening they should honor the discount if you get two whitenings within a year from eachother. Had a good experience. Dentist cleaned my teeth which I liked.

I loved everything about my experience here. Never been to a dentist ofc that felt like a spa visit. Very clean, bright, peaceful music, everyone I encountered was pleasant and soft spoken...the hygentist made it a point to explain everything to me and make sure I was comfortable during my procedure. I highly recommend

Dr.Liu is a great dentist! I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years and I was frightened by the work I might need. Dr.Liu and his team made everything so easy! Jonatan is the best hygienist!

I had 1 veneer that needed fixing, and after shopping around Dallas for where to go, I landed on White Dental Spa. Because of their reviews and unbeatable price point I chose to have a consultation and eventually the work done. Having only needed 1 tooth fixed, it can be hard to match but Dr. Chen exceeded my expectations and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. One ill be back for all dental needs.

Dr. Chen is an angel. I'm so thankful. She did an outstanding job on my teeth whitening, just from that experience I knew I didn't want to go to any other dental offices. But beyond that, she went out of her way to take care of me today when I was in excruciating pain from a horrible wisdom tooth. She did an emergency exam for me and extracted the tooth the same day. I'm so so happy to not have to deal with the pain anymore. The staff at this office will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I can't begin to express how grateful I am, I will be coming here as long as I live in Dallas.

Fantastic experience!!! It's been years since I've had a dentist that has won me over and made me feel extremely confident in their skills. White dental went beyond my expectations. My veneers were more than I could have hoped for and I absolutely recommend white dental spa!
