In 1998, I signed with the Toronto Blue Jays in which I played in the Major Leagues for 11yrs. I have three living beautiful kids. My oldest daughter Kamari Brianna Hudson who now attends the University of South Carolina. My son Deuce Hudson who will be a junior at West Florence this year, and my youngest baby girl who is 11, will be in the sixth grade at Moore elementary school this upcoming year. As a previous patient, my experience with this facility has been horrible and just traumatic. The initial consultation was the only fair experience with them. It's impossible to obtain a Saturday appointment, rescheduling and/or emergency appointments, have weeks to months of a waiting period. Almost every time I had an adjustment done, the very next day or so something would pop off. Front office staff are extremely rude and don't get me started on their payment plan (please do your own math after each payment for your remaining balance). At the end of my treatment my two front teeth were overlapping and they insisted for me to sign a legal document saying that I was satisfied with my results etc. before I could even speak to the doctor about my concern before the removal of my braces, when I received my retainers the application of the bonded retainer was done poorly and also the doctor does not check after the assistants when it comes to permanent retainers. The assistants were very unprofessional when it came to the entire process of my clear retainers, the first set was made without room for my Pontic, the second one was not trim enough and they kept getting embedded in my gums, when it came to trying them on both assistants said eww and made a face of disgust when I took them out due to the saliva. Fast forward a few weeks later I came in due to my bottom teeth clashing into the bonded retainer, the DA literally argued with me and called me a liar she even had another DA look and that second DA confirmed my concern...it's a shame that the DA that worked on me did not have the courage to apologize for her behavior and allowed her pride to reflect on her lack of professionalism. I understand they sell you a great deal in your initial consultation but it's not worth the years of headaches that you get from dealing with the employees toxic behavior including the doctors hostility when you have any questions regarding your treatment. Unfortunately once you sign the contract you must continue unless you want to finish paying them plus a new orthodontist. Save yourself And go elsewhere

The absolute worst place to go. My sons braces went on in 2017 - 2022. Never did I received any calls about my sons teeth. Now we need to get wisdom removed along with 4 molarshis 6 front top teeth rootcanals. But now I have to get 6 crowns and possibly 2 more root canals and 2 more crowns.

Very rude & the receptionist her name starts with an L has a nasty attitude every time you call make an appointment or your payment. They don't tell you anything about your progress, just look in your mouth, change whatever and that's it . Look into other places before coming here ! You Would think they'd be more friendly with all the money you pay them !

They truly care about my child's teeth. They also know the cost can be a huge concern and they work with you! You are in and out on your appointment date. I'm thankful for the help they have given me for a brighter smile on my daughter!

White Brown was excellent. This is was our first visit but they were very professional. They had safety procedures in place to assure me my daughter was safe. I was a little nervous not being in the room with her but they made me feel very comfortable about the entire procedure.

The staff is lazy & unfriendly! Makes me really uncomfortable coming here & I'm considering switching orthodontics !! They don't even go over with you information about your braces , how long you have to have them on etc . They make you drive all the way there to a SCHEDULED appointment just for them to come up with an excuse as to why they won't be able to "see" you that day .... I wish I done more research before choosing this place !
