'I, Orlando Hudson, graduated from Darlington High School in 1996 where I lettered in baseball, basketball, and football. I went on to Spartanburg Methodist College for two years. In 1998, I signed with the Toronto Blue Jays in which I played in the Major Leagues for 11yrs. I have three living beautiful kids. My oldest daughter Kamari Brianna Hudson who now attends the University of South Carolina. My son Deuce Hudson who will be a junior at West Florence this year, and my youngest baby girl who is 11, will be in the sixth grade at Moore elementary school this upcoming year. Go somewhere else. Been a patient for over 6 years since I was a minor parents shelled out thousands and when my mother had trouble getting me to appointments after her mother passed they almost refused to take me back as a patient. Years down the line as an adult I now come out of my own pocket for retainers almost every 2 years they never put me in a permanent one and still won't because of my "bite". Front desk ladies don't answer the phone even though that's the main part of their job. They also don't communicate with each other and I'm constantly repeating myself. Told them I was moving so I'd need my new retainer in 2 weeks they said ok we'll call in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I get a call from them asking to schedule my appointment when I told them multiple times I will no longer be in the state.Only a few have bad attitudes just avoid the stress and drama and go somewhere else where your time and money will be respected. Update: I wrote my previous review on the 3rd after I was told my retainer was shipped and I was finally done with this office it's now the 16th and I called because my retainer still hasn't come. Just to be asked when I can come into the office to get it fit and it's been sitting in the office all this time after I was told it was shipped but they "don't give out tracking numbers" they didn't have any excuse for not shipping it. I hate to say that they're incompetent but the amount of times I've had to repeat myself about leaving the state and that I need the 400$ retainer shipped is ridiculous. As I stated in my last review do not do it.

Ortho treatment did what it needed to do, however since completion it is impossible to get additional assistance. No one answers the phone nor emails back promptly. Currently establishing care elsewhere in order to purchase replacement retainers after getting the runaround for months at WB Smiles. Furthermore, I am getting THREE new sets of retainers through Invisalign rather than those made in office, for over half the price! I guess I should say thanks because the terrible customer service has saved me a few hundred dollars ;)

These people are very unprofessional. I wouldn't give any stars if I could. They DO NOT care about their patients at all. It's all about money at this place. If something happens In life if you lose a job or anything they will treat you like an enemy that's when their true colors come out. They stopped seeing people during the pandemic when it first started. They said that people are suppose to still pay. I don't understand what people was supposed to do during a pandemic when so many jobs were lost at that time and people was waiting on income to come in. My opinion they wasn't seeing any patients they should have halt the payments until at least a decent time when most people went back to work or at least when they reopened their office back up. The women that work there do not greet people properly I don't know where they got them from. They talk to their patients any kind of way. I never saw anything like it...

This is the worst orthodontist office. They charge you randomly for random things and they're never on time with anything. Your braces will be so over used by time you see them again

Looks like they removed the post I wrote today so I will repost. HORRIBLE! They canceled my appointment that was set for today, on yesterday while I was at work, due to where I work I don't have my phone so I didn't get the message until last night. I called 730 this morning and the call was returned just so they could tell me that they have to reschedule me because the doctor had something come up during the time I am supposed to have my appointment. I explained that I changed my work schedule for this appointment that I already had to wait weeks for, just to be told by the Regionals Director of the Oneil court location, that things happen and I need to be understanding. She goes on to say that usually they don't accept patients that haven't been seen in six months. Not mentioning that we just had a PANDEMIC! And the office was closed during this time, then booked for months to come.I told her I am in the military and leave a lot but it is unacceptable to cancel my appointment less then 24 hours before. The regional director was very rude and very unprofessional. I decided to take my money else where and advise anyone that considers to get braces to go else where. There are better services that are more professional located in the Columbia area.

The only thing I didn't like was, I had to call and Confirm his appointment that morning because I didn't get a email or text to remind me of the appointment. Then when I check the Web site it said closed. Now I'm getting a on call person that has to get my Information so someone could call back. After I got the call back, he did have an appointment. Then I got a text about the appointment . His appointment is in 20 minutes.

On September 2, 2020, I went to have my braces adjusted. I asked for again for the gaps to be closed between back teeth and to close spaces for implant. I had asked many times before to move the back teeth forward, no one remembered! Why would we move all my other teeth and leave the back teeth just floating back there by themselves, I said. The doctor said "oh". When the tech applied the brackets and wires to the upper back teeth, I told her that the wires were sticking me on both sides of my inner back upper cheeks. She said that as the teeth moved, the wires would also move. I told her that I was in pain from the wires. She said that she could not cut them any closer.. She said it would get better. It did not. When I called 2 weeks later to say that I was still hurting, I was again told it would get better. It did not..I suffered with sores to my mouth until today when I went back for an adjustment and the tech and the doctor saw the ulcers in my mouth. The tech, Ms. Phyllis, who cared for me today was able to bend the wires and make the wires more comfortable. And she went to get different pliers to trim the wires as close as possible. She asked was I given the brace care ointment or wax the last time I was there. I replied, no. She made sure that I have what I needed before I left today. I suffered from September 2, 2020 until October 20, 2020. Now I have mouth ulcers that must heal. Going forward, I will keep calling and telling them what I need until I get it.

I had a great time there at white brown smiles. Thwy were very professional with assisting me with my braces. I would highly recommend anyone who eant to improve there smile to see Dr.Whitebrown...The staff is always flaoting around assisting with other patients. Thats was the highlight..

I just spoke with Leslie at the Harbison location to start care with them and even from the phone conversation, I felt a certain "Welcoming"! I know that this is going to be a great experience! It's little details like these that makes a practice thrive! We are glad to be a part of it!
