Dr. Khazaie loves the outdoors. In her spare time you can find her hiking, camping, snowboarding, golfing, mountain biking, and taking any opportunity for a road trip. Having grown up in a multicultural household, she is a big traveler as well and loves adventures abroad. When she is home, you will find Dr. Khazaie in the kitchen, baking anything her friends and family request, or whatever new recipe she feels like challenging herself with.

Best visit ever, Mari is an amazing hygienist and Dr. Cosma was very nice as well. Will be using this dental office as long as I live in Colorado they got their stuff together.

I always have so much anxiety about the dentist... but this place is AMAZING!!!!! From reception to the techs and docs... they all made me feel so comfortable and safe for my extraction. I knew I was in good hands and they even got me to laugh a few times so I could calm down. No one likes extractions, but that was the best experience I could have ever had!!!!

Surprisingly 3 separate times the doctor we were supposed to see either left the ofc before she saw all of her patients (leaving us without an exam and not receiving the full appt we were scheduled for), or in the 3rd case didn't come to the ofc and nobody called to reschedule the patient/doctor appt, again stranded without the full appt for which we were scheduled. I've never known a dentist who didn't make sure they hit all of the exam rooms before walking out for the day. Mind blowing.

I chose Whisper Creek Dental based off of a local recommendation, and I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning due to the poor customer service I experienced during and following a routine cleaning/checkup. The front desk staff was welcoming upon arrival but the hygienist Brittany was rude, impatient and condescending. She sighed and huffed throughout the entire appointment, she was impatient when I was struggling with the X-ray process, was curt when I asked her to repeat something when I couldn't hear her through her mask and more, but you get the idea. To be fair, the actual dentist was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I came to my appointment with severe anxiety of dentists and left with it being even worse. And I genuinely believe I was not even given a good cleaning. My cleaning was months ago, but I thought since my bad experience was just mainly with one person, that I would take their post-appointment survey and try one more appointment with them, but just request a different hygienist. However, after I sent the survey detailing my horrible experience, I never once was reached out to. Even then, I did not plan to leave a review and just seek out a different dental office. However, I just received a call from them confirming a follow up appointment and when I notified her that I did not want to keep the appointment because of my "horrible experience during my last visit", she responded by saying "Okay, great, thank you". It just made it clear that overall, they have no interest in the actual quality of their customer service. They send out experience surveys without reading them and when you verbally tell them you had a bad experience, they lack the empathy and customer service skills to find out what the issue was and attempt to correct it. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 for my experience with the actual dentist. If you don't consider your experience before or after your 10 minutes with her, then I would recommend this place. Hopefully it was just my luck, and you have a different experience than I did.

Very friendly and knowledgeable dental care. They are non-judgmental and care about my family's and my oral needs. Whisper Creek Dental Care seems to be on the forefront of technology and keep a very clean facility. I never thought I'd say this, but I truely feel comfortable going to the dentist now.

Yeah, if I could give it zero or a half star, I would. This is a good representation of a chain. The "hygienist" and "doctors" are more like salespeople. All they seem to care about is selling you services and products under the guise of health concerns. There's no personal relationship built. Each time, you see a new individual. Time to find better dental care with people that actually care about your health.
