Welcome to the Family Dental Center, where our goal is the help you maintain your dental health. Our practice is dedicated to preventive care for the whole family. The Montgomery Village Dental center was founded in 1995 in Gaithersburg, Maryland. In 1998, the practice expanded and opened the Wheaton Dental Center in Wheaton, Maryland. Together, our practice is known as the Family Dental Center.
Throughout the years, we have built long-lasting trust and relationships with our patients. We put our patients first. We make sure they are provided with best treatment in order to achieve the best oral health.
We provide all facets of dentistry including preventive care, restorative care, periodontal care, orthodontics (braces) with an orthodontist on staff, oral surgery (with an oral surgeon in practice), and endodontics (root canals) with an endodontist in practice. Our collective team has one priority in mind: your smile. We look forward to seeing you at one of our convenient locations!

I didn't need a gun to be robbed in this place. $80. just to say hello to the dentist when I called for an appointment I said my crown was broken. they never said they couldn't do that job

Not a patient of the practice but I did leave a request for an appointment for a consultation and no one ever got back to me. Very disappointing. If you are going to have that option on your website at least get back to the future patients that wish to have an appointment..

I have been under treatment and care at this center for a few years and have always had a great experience and trust. A very courteous and professional team that makes the patient feel very comfortable. Costs are very honest and competitive. I highly recommend this center.

This practice is amazing, the best dental practice I've ever been to. I recently started going there as a new client after moving in down the street. Dr. Bakir made a replacement crown for me that feels a million times better than the one I had before. Staff is friendly and wait times have been short in my experience. I'm very grateful to have found a great dentist. I would recommend to anyone!
