I believe everyone deserves access to quality dentistry, and decisions regarding dental care should be made based on treatment needs identified by patients and their dentists, not insurance companies. I am perpetually involved in continuing education and believe dentistry to be a lifetime of learning. I am residency trained and board certified in anesthesia for dentistry, and have dedicated many years to providing care to our most fragile populations. I will continue to reserve a significant portion of my clinic time for serving children. My staff and I are highly experienced in providing treatment in sedation and anesthesia environments. Speaking of staff, you will find the majority of our staff members have been with us for a decade or more. We are like family, and I encourage you to come meet us. Im excited to expand our practice to a comprehensive family dental practice.
I hold dental licenses and general anesthesia permits in Washington and Oregon. Im certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Our office has a sedation suite with a level one medical gas system, complete with backup generator. This high level of redundancy enables us to provide our treatments in the safest of office based environments.
I grew up in Walla Walla, WA and after finishing high school, I attended Walla Walla Community College and graduated from Walla Walla University with my Bachelors degree. After graduating from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2004, I worked as an associate professor for the Restorative Department at the dental school helping teach dental students on clinic and in the dental lab. I found my education and experience as a professor at the dental school extremely valuable. I decided to move back to the Pacific Northwest to be near my family and raise my own family in my childhood community and have been back in Walla Walla since 2005.
I care very much for my patients and am excited to expand my practice into a family oriented facility where I can continue to treat my patients and their families and provide excellent dental care to both children and adults. I am a member of several dental organizations that not only allow me to enjoy camaraderie with dental colleagues all over the nation, but also allow me to learn about updated dental materials and help educate me in new ways to provide excellent dental care to my patients. My team has been working with me for several years now and they are passionate about serving their home community and our patients with the utmost care and compassion, educating our patients on good home care and providing a healthy smile.
In my spare time, I love to be outdoors. I enjoy running, water skiing, and snow skiing and I like to go camping with family and friends. I also enjoy reading and researching new books on book club lists and discussing these books with my book club.
I have worked with Dr. Karmy and Dr. Ramsey as a schedule coordinator/front desk receptionist since 2006. I am usually the first person you see when you enter the office, and I enjoy greeting the families we serve.
I was born in Mexico and moved with my family to Touchet at the age of two. I have lived in Touchet all of my life and married my high school sweetheart, Henry. Together we have four boys, Luis, Dominic, Jahdiel, and Zander. I enjoy spending quality time with my family as much as possible, which includes supporting my sons and husband at their many sporting events.
Hi, my name is Beverly and I serve our office as a Dental Hygienist. I grew up in Eastern Oregon and moved to the Seattle area after high school to go to college. I worked for several years as a make-up artist, but after having my oldest son I determined that living in a smaller town would be the best thing for me and my family. Upon moving here, I went to Columbia Basin College and received a degree in Dental Hygiene. I love what I do and I feel very blessed to be a part of this team.
When not working, I love to spend time with my family. I am married and have two wonderful boys who keep my busy. We love to travel and take as many trips as we can! We enjoy a lot of adventures together as a family.

When Im not in scrubs my life is kept busy by my energetic daughters, Emmalee and Evalynn and my loving husband Julio. As a family, we enjoy getting outside to make new discoveries about the world around us. In my spare time (should I even have any) I like to take something old and give it a new purpose, filling my walls with up cycled junk. I believe that happiness is achieved by simply waking up in the morning.

I came to Wheatland Family Dental when I first moved here 8 months ago. Out of nowhere my wisdom teeth got infected and I was in so much pain I could hardly open my mouth. I didnt even read reviews, I just needed someone that took my insurance. Hilda was so nice and understanding, she got me in asap. She later helped me get reimbursed by my insurance since it was in limbo at the time and I had to pay out of pocket. I initially saw Dr. Ramsey, she was very sympathetic and got all my xrays done. Dr. Karmey was able to surgically remove my teeth very soon after my initial visit. I cant even begin to express how great things went. It took 3 hours and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I followed Dr. Karmeys instructions afterwards to the T and had a very easy recovery with little to no pain. I came back later for Dr. Ramsey to pop out my other 2 wisdom teeth, which was much faster! She has since done routine work and given me a crown, which feels perfectly natural! After all these procedures Dr. Ramsey checked in on me via text and let me know she's there if I have any questions or concerns, which made me feel so cared for! Long story short, I am 100% happy with everything they have done for me. I feel safe and secure with my dentists and I would recommend them to anyone.

Every time I (or one of my kids) need to see the dentist (emergency or preventative care), I am consistently reminded of how thankful I am for Dr Ramsey and Dr Karmy and their entire staff! From the amazing service from the front desk (both in-person, via phone and/or email) to the DAs that work with them, everyone is top-notch and I'm so grateful for their 'bed side manner' along with their dental knowledge and expertise! Our 17 year old son has pretty sever anxiety and the staff are very patient, calm, and willing to explain each step of the process with him and work with him to make the visit the most-comfortable and efficient for HIM even if they have to take a little bit extra time to make that happen. He's been going to Wheatland Family Dental since he was about 4 or 5 years old after switching from our previous dental provider and I have NEVER regretted our choice to change! At that time it was only Dr. Karmy that treated him for his surgical needs and since Dr. Ramsey joined the practice, this has been our only dental home (and will be for as long as they are in practice) Our little one is 6years old now and she has ONLY been seen for her dental issues by Dr. Ramsey and Dr. Karmy (for surgical procedures on her teeth when she was 3 years old) and they have ALWAYS made her feel like the princess she is! They have been extremely accommodating to our unique family dynamics and provided the absolute BEST dental care we could've ever asked for! Previously this was geared for children only through their dental practice, but once they opened up their practice for all ages, I also switched my dental care to Dr. Ramsey. I've known her since working at another local dental clinic and she has always had a kindhearted spirit about her and stays on top of the most recent dental changes and consistently provides the best dental care PER PATIENT and their needs! I recently had to get a crown for a broken tooth (had a root canal over 25years ago but never crowned). She has made the entire process for me, with past jaw-injury/trauma, the most accommodating, willing to take the extra time for 'breaks' as needed for my jaw, goes above and beyond with her follow-up after each of these visits, and while I NEVER want to have to get another crown, if I do, I'm glad I have Dr Ramsey in my corner for this!!!! Seriously, you cannot go wrong with Wheatland Family Dental!

Love the friendly and caring staff at this office. From routine cleanings to broken teeth and mouth guards we are always well taken care of. For items partially covered my our insurance we always receive a quote for cost so we know how to plan. Dr. Ramsey and her hygienists are honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Lucky to have them as our providers. :)

My youngest daughter had been very worried about getting dental work done since she was 3-years-old, and had her first filling. Now, as a 9-year-old, she needed a second filling. Dr. Ramsey took time to show my daughter the tools, explain everything to her, allow her to ask questions, and make sure she was perfectly comfortable before beginning. Dr. Ramsey filled the tooth, and my daughter wondered aloud why she had been so worried. Dr. Ramsey is an excellent dentist, who is gentle and compassionate. If you're looking for a new dentist, you'll love the fully updated office, and amazing staff. Dr. Ramsey is the best!

My family has been attending this practice for about 13 years and have never once been disappointed. The clinic is always so clean and organized. The staff is always super friendly and the dentist always make sure you understand everything that's going on. In a dental emergency the clinic has always gotten me in within 24 hours. Also after any major procedures they leave you with a direct line to the dentist and the dentist even call to check up on how you're doing after hours. Definitely love how personal they make it. I would highly recommend this Clinic for the whole family.

We were referred to Dr. Ramsey and Dr. Karmy for dental work on our child. After our consultation discussing our options, we were in agreement the pull the 2 teeth. The procedure lasted 10min and my child enjoyed the experience! She said later she wanted all her teeth pulled! Dr. Ramsey and Dr. Karmy are professional and caring. I recommend them to anyone

My husband and I started getting our dental care at Wheatland Family Dental about a year ago. We have had excellent care. The staff is friendly and very well trained and professional. I have had dental care from both Dr. Ramsey and Dr. Karmy and both have done excellent work - including dental implants. my husband was very satisfied with a new crown. I highly recommend the dentists and staff.

Dr. Ramsey worked patiently on my little one to seal her molars, protecting them from decay (PRICELESS). I know that if she hadn't been able to place the sealants my daughter would have a higher risk of cavities. She had a wonderful experience with the staff at Wheatland Family Dental and continues to do so, as she says the dentist is her favorite! THANKS GUYS!!
