Bright my kids in for cleanings only to have 2 months later have my daughter have an absess and not get a call back till a day later and go to another dentist who said it needed to be pulled... the cavity was hugeee it was definitely there at our cleaning very upset

Love this place! I am a high anxiety patient and they have handled me with so much kindness and patience every time. I had called about an abscess during the weekend and they called me first thing monday morning to get me in and looked at! I then got my wisdom tooth extracted only 2 weeks later! That was this last tuesday, they were able to see me sooner but I had to push the appt. They called today to check on how my healing was going and answered all the questions i had. I also love how Dr.Sidhu makes it very clear what he is able to do in his office and anything outside of that he will refer you to someone else. Since I was so anxious about being awake for my one wisdom tooth extraction he asked me multiple times if i was sure i wanted to proceed and that he can refer me to someone who would be able to put me under. I was able to get the through the extraction no problems and my healing has been great!

Hands down, the absolute worst experience I could have possibly imagined! The dental assistant made me feel very uncomfortable about my situation. They try to rush you into making decisions, and get you out the door. They could care less about how much pain your in, or your anxiety about having to get a tooth pulled. I wouldn't recommend coming here for absolutely anything.

I loved this place because it has great customer service. The staff and the doctor are very nice. They are very professional. I had an emergency and the doctor helped me with my problem. I am very grateful for your help. Thanks a lot!

Called in on a Tursday, they took care of me the next day. I told them i was going on a trip for a month and they made it happem and took care of me. The secretary was so nice and understanding just like Dr. Siduh...(i think thats how you spell it.) I am definetley coming back to them after my trip. I know its a dentist but I feel this place values customer services and offers it quite well. :)

I just left the wonderful people at this dental facility.. I am on vacation currently from Olympia Washington and I am up here in the Bellingham area.. I Have a temporary bridge and it broke in half while I am on vacation, after calling 15 different places Whatcom dental took me in and fixed me right up no questions asked just normal check in, what a fabulous place. The people are wonderful the doctor is excellent Rosa was out standing. Definitely took a weight off my shoulder. Thank you so much to the doctor and staff of Whatcom dental .

What a horrible experience! I was looking for single tooth replacement. I called and specifically asked if they had the capability for me to walk out with something that day and was told yes. After x-rays, I was sitting and waiting for the dentist. He walks in and begins to recline my chair, not saying a word. I had to ask him to introduce himself. He then sits down and begins to talk about an issue that I am not there for. After redirection, he talks of my options, dismissing the temporary that I'm there for. "Why do want that? You're wasting money and that can't be done today anyway. We don't have a lab here." DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THEY BETTER NOT SEND ME A BILL!

Amazing experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean office, I felt very comfortable during my procedure. Will be switching from my normal dental office to keep seeing Dr. Sidhu.

I had avoided going to the Dentist because of a few bad experiences, I had trouble with a tooth and couldn't avoid getting something done anymore. When I got the office, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful EVERYONE was, I felt very well taken care of. I then met my dentist, Dr. Navjot S. Sidhu, this man went well out of his way to make me feel not only , comfortable but, informed on what was about to take place. This man and his office staff are so compassionate, they make you feel like a family member. I am going back to have more work done because I am no longer worried about what kind of experience I will have, I know it will be a great one!

I have severe dental anxiety and Dr Sidhu and his staff are the best! So kind, soothing, and helpful. I always feel heard. They really go the extra mile to make me comfortable. And their work is great, too. Seriously the best dental office I've ever experienced. RE: COVID-19. Dr Sidhu's office is *the* best office I've been to this entire year. I came in as soon as the very first lockdown ended. All the art, magazines, and anything else "extra" were gone and they'd installed the best glass barrier around reception I've seen anywhere. I was so impressed they took everything so seriously. I feel so safe here.

The doctor is a good man. He is frank and honest. He tells how it is whether you want to hear it or not. He tells you what he would do himself in the situation and he is patient.

Whatcom Dental deserves 5 . Dr. Sidhu is highly recommended, I can say that he really cares for his patients, treating me like a family, I am thankful that He was recommended to me by my co workers. He gives the best for his patients without overpricing or juicing your insurance. He has done a good job with my teeth, I also appreciate the whole Whatcom Dental Staff who were very nice and friendly.

The front office and all the assistants were very nice and organized. Dr. Sidhu was very good at explaining treatment and making sure I understood everything. I always highly appreciate doctors that treat you like family rather than just a customer. Amazing experience overall and my teeth look great!

I went to these guys for maybe a year-and-a-half while I was living in Bellingham. I really had a good experience with them overall at that time. I found the staff very friendly and I generally found the dentist really friendly. I think now in hindsight the reason I liked this place is because it was telling me more what I wanted to hear and not really the truth. I was just so surprised and relieved that I didn't need loads of dental work for once. Because I just joined an extremely well regarded/reviewed dentist down in the Bay Area and got some X-rays done (I don't recall whatcom dental doing this). This dentist in the Bay Area pointed out all sorts of problems that I'm having and should have caught earlier. This bay area dentist also pointed out in the x-rays where I have bone loss which means that I will need an implant at some point. Bone loss is something that happens over time from what I understand. It's not like my dental hygiene could have changed that quickly. Whatcom dental should have caught my major problems sooner. So yeah, beware if it feels like this guy is just quickly skimming your mouth and giving a thumbs up.

Dr. Was a blessing for me. I'm far from home and was having difficulty finding a dentist that would take me. Other dentists told me I would need x-rays first and next appointments available we're several weeks away. I knew I had an infection and was taking antibiotics. I had 2 teeth that needed extraction . I was in severe pain. I called Dr Office expecting to hear the same. But they told me to come in at 3 pm. I fully expected to just get x-rays and possibly an appointment in 3 weeks. But after looking at my x-rays, Dr told me that the tooth next to my 2 bad teeth would soon be giving me problems. I wanted it out as well. He explained to me having that artificial bone would not be helpful for MY circumstances and would only damage my checkbook. His nurse Rosa was great. She knew exactly what to do. She was reassuring and kind throughout the entire procedure. She even patted my arm while I was getting the numbing shots. I closed my eyes during most of the procedure, when I open my eyes I expected both Dr and Rosa to have halos.
