Dr. Muna and team of people are very professional and conscientious. They have done quite a bit of work on my teeth and have done a really good job. I will continue to see them and so will my family. It is also a really friendly atmosphere and there generally more laughs and smiles than you would see at a typical dental office. I also am happy with how they use modern communication (texts, emails, etc) to confirm appointments.

First class service. Although I don't relish a visit to the Dentist where Novocaine is administered and the ensuing numbness which felt really weird, the Dentist worked really fast to replace my fillings. The numbness took a bit longer to wear off than predicted but the soreness that was predicted hasn't happened, so am very satisfied with the results.

All the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I arrived 10 minutes early for an 8 am appointment. The office was open. The receptionist was not there yet (stuck in a weather related traffic jam), and the doc came out and greeted us patients.

All of the staff are wonderful, it's a very comfortable environment, they make scheduling a breeze and Dr. Lee is a magician with a needle!

I am NOT happy with this practice. I was with Dr. Clemens for 22 years and he "floated" my account and allowed me to make monthly payments, but these people are NOT gracious AT ALL. He left me to these people to continue his practice then he retired. They expect payment UP FRONT (including future payments on estimates). They SUCK! Dr. Lee is an unreasonable & unforgiving man. This practice needs to SERIOUSLY consider their interpersonal relations with their patients because, in my experience, they are severely lacking! Dr. Walsh heads up this practice and in my opinion he is a complete and total A-hole!

Dr. Lee and his staff are the best I have ever encountered. I drive all the way from Chicago to Berwyn for each appointment - they are always transparent, kind and helpful.
