Dr. Ashley Murrey was born in Austin, Texas. Her family moved to Tennessee where she attended elementary through high school. She found her way back to Texas to attend Texas Tech University in Lubbock and met her husband, Matthew. They moved to Dallas, and she graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry and has since made Fort Worth her home.
Dr. Murrey has spent her dental career working in group practices before she decided to start her own practice closer to home in Fort Worth. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Fort Worth Dental Society.
Dr. Murrey knows firsthand how important a persons smile is for his or her self-confidence, and that is what drives her to help patients achieve a smile that restores and exudes that confidence. She is passionate about helping people attain their ideal smile through a treatment plan custom to each individuals needs.
Dr. Horwedel was born and raised in Fort Worth. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from The University of Oklahoma in 2005 and then went on to complete her DDS from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2010. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Fort Worth District Dental Society, International Team of Implantology, and Fort Worth Spear Study Club.
Dr. Horwedel's husband is a lieutenant with the Fort Worth Fire Department; and together they have one son, Case Allen and one daughter, Carsen Ann. They live in Brock and are members of Christ Chapel Bible Church, West Campus. Away from the office, Dr. Horwedel enjoys spending time with family.

A great experience! I, like so many others, have a fear of dentists. Everyone was kind, gentle, and understanding. Both doctors seem to genuinely care about my dental health and explain things until I understand. I highly recommend this practice.

Thank you Dr.Murrey for all of the nitrous oxide I had while getting my dental work done! You helped my anxiety by getting everything done at once so I didn't have to come back until my next cleaning. The staff is very friendly and patient too.

I'm a 47yr old man who does not like dentists, I have been scared of them from a young age! So finding Dr. Murrey has been a pure joy!! I will start with the staff, who are ALWAYS friendly and patient. You can tell they are not there just to get a paycheck. They care that Dr. Murrey's patients are comfortable and relaxed. Now remember, Dr. Murrey is the only dentist in the facility, it's her practice! I bring attention to this because I have never, not once, felt rushed. Dr. Murrey has such a nurturing and calm presence about her, that even the most high strong person will feel at home with her. She explains every step of procedures with you. Then asks if you understand everything and are ready to move forward. You can tell that she 5000% cares about her patients like they were her own family. I highly recommend Dr. Murrey, you won't be disappointed!
