Dr. Gleason and her staff were absolutely amazing. I had to get a back tooth extracted today and was extremely nervous and anxious. The nurses that work with the doctor treated me so kind and made me feel so comfortable. Gloria my nurse was the sweetest and the tech girls were equally amazing ( forgive me I can't remember their names). She played music while I was getting in my IV and calmed me down by holding my hand and patting my head. I really can't say enough nice things about them! Even the lady at the front desk checking me in was super kind. I would highly recommend to go there if you are an anxious patient like me! After the procedure I have zero pain and feel great. Thank you again!

I was promised an appointment and then they scheduled someone over my appointment. I wasn't even given an apology. They acted like they never received my call and treated me like I was crazy. I have the records. You made something already difficult even worse. You have worsened my dental anxiety. I hope no one else has to feel the way you made me feel. You cared more about covering for your coworker than the health of your patient and that's a shame.

While the doctors are great. Good luck getting in contact with them. Phones are never answered, called never returned. Can't leave a message. It's almost impossible to get them. Then when you try to leave a message it won't let you! So again whole doctors are great good luck with any help

Dr. Gleason was amazing! I had 4 wisdom teeth taken out and she was done in 30 minutes and I felt very little pain the first day and almost none the next. It has been nearly a month and everything has healed wonderfully. I highly recommened Dr. Gleason and her staff!!

Been using for years. Id like to Thank Dr Gleason and the team she works with are great people that care for who they are treating. I got the best emergency extractions I've ever had. I healed really well and so all good!

This place was once decent back in 2017, now they want all personal info on their registration site including ss # , drivers license ect. They are horrible at answering phones! Do not have answering machines for you to cancel apps. Go somewhere else! Very rude, front desk! They want to do a conference 1st then you come back dentist will perform screw that! $$$ is all they are looking for

I recently had my top wisdom teeth extracted. Dr.Paskall and his staff are amazing. Since I opted to only have novicane, I was a little nervous. But I was in and out in about 30 mins and eating normal food the next day. I had very little pain and only took ibuprofen for a day and a half. Highly recommended!

The surgeon was unclear with pre-op instructions which led to a medication change error which cost my husband his life. If you are brave enough to have surgery here, insist on pre-op instructions in writing. Your life may depend on it!

I had two different wisdom teeth surgeries one back in 2012 and one in 2020, they were amazing and everyone in the office is nice and professional. Highly recommend!

Dealing with their Office & Billing Managers was more painful than the extraction. They billed 67% over the Insurance company's Usual & Customary fee for the service, which is shameful enough. (Paid $460 for a $310 service). Insurance company indicated that a provider typically negotiates the balance down -- they wouldn't, and insulted me in the process -- suggesting I lied about that, and that it was illegal. But to top it off they came back with an additional $21 charge, which I asked them to waive (considering they had already made a hefty profit on me)--- but they refused. If nasty is what the doctor wants from his staff -- he's hit the jackpot. Doctor is ultimately at fault, since he hides in the background as this goes on. I've seen similar comments from others.

Westwood's Oral Surgeons, staff and office personnel were all exceptionally friendly, reassuring and patient with me. High quality very affordable dentistry can be found outside the USA. Terrible quality dentistry, which can ultimately be more costly, also exits. Several weeks before going to Dr. Gleason, I had been to the latter sort of facility. I had been in terrible pain since returning to the USA; and feared permanent damage might have been done. Despite having led an adventurous life, I am embarrassingly nervous by the time I get to a routine dental appointment and turn into complete sissy once I am in "the chair". However, Dr. Gleason's cheerful personality and sense of humour quickly assuaged my anxiety. She was remarkably patient and addressed my litany of concerns with clear explanations. When I said, "ONE LAST question", six or seven times, she cheerfully and thoroughly answered each of them; before laying out a treatment plan that completely reassured me. Also, given the amount of time, Dr. Gleason spent addressing my dental needs, I expected to pay considerably more than I was charged Westwood's Oral Surgeons have extensive experience, outstanding academic and professional credentials. Two of them have both M.D. and D.M.D. Degrees. They have state-of-the-art facilities and, when appropriate, they will admit their patients to a hospital to perform certain procedures. Most importantly, their patients' wellbeing is obviously their primary concern.

My wisdom tooth surgery was smooth sailing start to finish. I was made comfortable, in and out quickly for procedures and office visits, and I recovered quickly with zero issues. Dr. Sandau could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!
