Dr. Tomas Anderkvist received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the world-renowned Caroline Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. He received a second DDS degree from the USC School of Dentistry, graduating at the top of his class. He also received a specialist degree in Advanced Prosthodontics from the USC School of Dentistry where he taught for ten years. Dr. Anderkvist is a member of the CDA, ADA, and American College of Prosthodontics.

Dr. Nadia Tabachnik earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the prestigious Odessa State Medical University in Odessa, Ukraine. Following graduation, she practiced as a general dentist for five years in Westwood, Los Angeles. Dr. Tabachnik completed a two-year specialty program in endodontics at USC School of Dentistry. She received her advanced post-doctoral endodontic training under world-renowned endodontists. She is an active member of the American Association of Endodontics.

Dr. Anderkvist and Dr. Tabachnik work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about what they do and care genuinely about their patients. Our team is regularly trained in OSHA, HIPPA, and CPR, and maintains meticulous hygiene standards exceeding OSHA guidelines. We can also offer internal bleaching, which is done by endodontists and in those cases, patients are very happy because before, they were devastated, they had some ? staining, and no one can whiten those teeth. Or the tooth had traumatic injury a long time ago, and the patient had a root canal and the tooth turned dark. But by providing internal bleaching as an endodontist, I can make those people happy as well.

I have been a hygienist (RDH) for more than 7 years. I am excited about all the new treatments within non-surgical gum therapy that I can offer to our patients. I am laser certified and provide laser gum therapy to win the battle against gum disease, and other health conditions caused by it. The use of sealants to stop tooth decay in its tracks is another tool I am happy to make available to our patients. I love my job, because I can share my knowledge of health and disease prevention. I help my patients to keep their mouths healthy, which in turn leads to their overall health. My job makes me feel fulfilled as a person and health care provider, and keeps my passion for dental hygiene alive!

The staff is awesome here. We all work so well together. It's nice because we know exactly what each other needs, so you can go find it and you can help the flow work nicely especially when we do have new patients. It's just great to have people who know your work style as well, it's just really nice. Dr. Nadia is fabulous with patients. When she comes in and exams a patient, she's very focused, looking at every aspect of the tooth, addressing a patient's problem especially if they have a tooth concern that's bothering them, she will address it immediately. Whatever the patient wants and the treatment that they need, she's able to figure it out. Dr. Anderkvist, when he comes in for my exams, he has great relationships with his patients, they love seeing him. If I find any treatment that I want him to check, he will thoroughly look over their mouth, make sure nothing is going on, check to make sure that they're happy, and the patients love seeing him. They've seen him for so many years that it's almost like family, so that's really nice.

I also make sure that you feel relaxed and comfortable during your treatment. We work in a comfortable and caring environment. The office staff works as a team with the doctors, and the manager always promotes a harmonious work atmosphere. I find great satisfaction working with a great team, and caring for my patients.

I know a lot of people come in and they're very suspicious about what is going to happen and they're very scared so we try to make them as comfortable as we can and explain all the procedures to inform people so that they know what we're doing. If the patient relaxes in the chair, then the doctor can do a better job and we can all finish faster and be on our way to our regular lives. Everybody is so enthusiastic about what they are doing. You get it from the doctor first. He is very passionate about his profession. Both of them, they're very knowledgeable and you can trust their choice. I am a registered dental assistant in expanded functions (EFII). This enables me to place fillings and take final impressions for your crowns and inlays. I am focused on creating a comfortable environment for your dental care, and have extensive training in patient treatment and treatment planning. Our office is run very efficiently, and I look forward to going to work every day. Many of the staff have worked for Dr. Anderkvist and Dr. Tabachnik for many years, and we have become like family.
