They were a little disorganized. The corp. office gave me what was supposed to be the closest to my home office. When I get there, I don't seem to have an appointment. Turns out, there is another office less than 2 miles down the same road. (So, NOT the closest to my home.) Sadly, the office I was in didn't have the address nor the phone number to the office I was supposed to be at. But the receptionist did call corp. and moved my appointment back a half hour. Thank goodness my GPS knew where it was. Once at the second location, the staff was delightful and knowledgeable, including the dentist herself. unfortunately, this extraction was more painful than others (Even 2 days later, and it's still bleeding as well as I can feel the stitch flopping around!) If the prices didn't seem a bit steep, I'd say it was as good as a dentist visit could be, minus the misdirection.

Went to this place with the toothache got a crown put in and some other work done on the right side of my mouth. Worst pain I have ever felt, the numbing medicine made me dizzy and my hand kept shaking, and was told it was normal. FYI it is not normals to have those symptoms,my body did not tolerate it. 3 weeks after hey did the job and I could barely chew anything with my right side. Went to another dentist and had to get it fixed because the dentist at west wind had left an air gap between my tooth and gums when he "fixed " my cavity, forgot to seal of the nerve And was causing me a lot of pain when I ate.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Doc was informative and supportive. Lily the assistant was sweet and very kind and I liked her very much. I didn't like the procedure but they were patient and helped me through a painful process.

I had a great experience. My dentist and his assistant were very attentive to my needs. That meant a lot to me because it was a process of a 4hr procedure. Which included my root-canals and caps. This is step one of step two. I will go back for my permanent caps in 3 weeks. Thank you guys !

I was treated very well at the dentist. They were on they courteous and on time the pain was minimal and that is always a plud.
