Great care was given by all. From the front desk to the dental work all were professional and considerate. Dr Shah is the best! Back for more work today and the staff continue to be knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Dr. Shah is still the best!

I was accepted and registered timely. X-rays and evaluation went smoothly. They even had time to fill 2 cavities in my first visit.

I wasn't going to leave a review but I keep getting text messages to do so. First, I was asked to go over my treatment plan in the lobby. When I asked to not go over it in public I was taken behind the desk to go over it in public where other patients could also hear. When I remained firm on not going over it in public the employee started saying it basically says. I didn't ask what it basically says. I asked to not go over my medical information in public. It kept going downhill from there and my PTSD was triggered so badly that I haven't decided if I will yet return for treatment. I told them repeatedly that I needed to leave RIGHT NOW and they kept trying to stop me while all I was trying to do was keep myself together. Make this appointment, take this paper, talk about this note from my doctor. All while I kept repeating, "I'm sorry, I need to leave right now." My feelings were so dismissed by staff it was appalling. Without even knowing an employee was there I was talked to an expected to a answer without my name being called, someone saying hello or anything of that nature. It was HORRIBLE. I was made to feel very insignificant and unwelcome.

Very good receptionist (Desire), techs (Angie, Anna & Becca) and dentist (Dr. Shah) all take great and compassionate care of me and my dental needs! I was so nervous to get my 3 fillings, but everyone cared and helped me through it. I'll get my immediate denture soon! Thank you all of you for excellent care, Jill Richards Next visit to get my top denture was ok, but the tech was a little impatient with me, telling her where it was hurting me, for the adjustment. Love my denture, but had to remind the tech that this is my mouth, that after being told over and over that I needed to get used to it, I told her I'm not going to put it in my mouth to get used to it, if it hurts too much! We got it comfortable, after a few tries. But, after wearing it for a few hours, it is rubbing me in several spots, so I have to go back the 31st, for more adjustments. I'm quite nervous now about it, but I'll keep asking for adjustment, until there's no sore spots on my gums! First problem ever though! I'm not afraid to get dental work itself done here at all, which speaks a lot, since I'm terrified of dentists! Update: The team started over with my new top denture, took new impression and new denture fits great! Next is lower right partial! Fitting yesterday was great, but Chris, their lab guy, did new impression since one tooth was gone since original impression and I'm not used to a whole mouthful of teeth! It's wonderful ! As usual, Rachel, Hanna, and Tammy along with Dr Shah all take great and compassionate care of me!

The office itself is pretty small and there's no frills, but the prices are pretty good and the staff is great. Most importantly though, Dr. Shah is the very best dentist I've ever encountered. He's not only outstanding with his dental procedures, he's truly magical with virtually painless oral anesthetic injections. He's so personable and has such a calming presence that I don't dread going to the dentist anymore.

The dentist is very knowledgeable and compassionate towards patients. The financial dept.is aweful. I had a $1400.00 credit and by the time they changed the charges to avoid giving me my credit they said I owed $ 350.00. The credit was on my account for 1 year and all was different in one week. They over bill. The rest of the staff is very courteous and friendly. Also, I had a crown for 20 years. The one put in to replace it fell out in less then a year. The replacement has been replaced 3 times to get it to fit right. They also have false advertising on the doors and windows. They do not do all it says. The hours are incorrect on the doors. Not a good way to run a business.

My first visit so at this point I can say staff has good attitudes, they try and get you in and get started quickly Dr. Is efficient and seems quite knowledgeable. I'm getting dentures so we'll see how that goes on D day next week and see if they get that 5th star. That is also a big plus 1 week between fit and finish. Okay they get 5 stars , I went in they pulled 16 or 18 teeth installed the already made dentures all with no pain. Awesome doctor and crew. Went in at 2 out by 3: 30 .

The staff and doctor at the office in Apache Junction are amazing and I am telling my friends and family to go there for all there dental needs. Dr. Shaw is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. No pain! Great work! Beautiful teeth

Wish I could leave a no star review very disappointed in my service given. Checked in on computer system sat in lobby then overheard the front desk starting to be rude and talk about me about being late they were surprised when i stood up and advised them i was actually 15 min early. Note to staff if your going to talk rudely about patients make sure their not sitting in the lobby. Then as I have been paying for a treatment that hasn't been completed since may 2022 I was told the gentleman who was supposed to be there was late stated he was coming from Phoenix 30 min away when I was early coming from 1.5 hrs away. I will not be coming back to this dentist unprofessional do not recommend.
