I am originally from the Rochester area and grew up in Greece. As a member of the last graduating class from Cardinal Mooney in 1989 I have close ties to many of my fellow classmates. I went to the University of Buffalo for undergraduate studies in Biology and then the University of Connecticut to complete my dental training. It was there that my passion for UCONN basketball developed. I am also a golf enthusiast and enjoy bowling. My daughter and I spend many of the summer weekends attending the numerous festivals in town. I returned home to Rochester to continue my education in pediatric dentistry at the Eastman Dental Center. It has been since 1999 that I have been seeing pediatric patients on the Westside of town in Greece and Spencerport. The opportunity to become the owner of this practice presented itself and I was very excited to work with a staff that had an amazing reputation. It has been a pleasure getting to meet the children and parents that have been coming to this office for years and I have enjoyed meeting new patients just joining the practice too. I look forward to providing dental care to all existing and also new patients in this wonderful child friendly setting.

If you are concerned about COVID at all, I would avoid this facility. I was shocked to see that the staff were not properly masked and distanced as per current state and federal guidelines. I've grown accustomed to improper masking / distancing in the general population, but would expect a medical facility to take proper safety precautions. This is a situation involving a vulnerable population: 1) patients have no choice but to go maskless, as it's a dental office, and 2) those patients under 5 are not yet eligible for the vaccine to protect against the highly transmissible airborne disease. The least they could do is properly mask up out of courtesy to those forced to breathe the same air. I was very disappointed.

We had our first visit with Dr. Burm today, and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The administrative staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. There was essentially no wait. The office is decorated festively for children. The dental hygienist was EXCELLENT with my 2.5 year old. She personified all the instruments and introduced them to him before trying to do the exam or cleaning. She took the time to make a game out of things for him, and he was able to get through the whole exam and fluoride treatment because of that. Dr. Burm was awesome with my son, too, and answered all of my questions. He seems like a non-alarmist, practical, down-to-earth practitioner which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend this practice.

I myself have an uneasy feeling when going to the dentist because my teeth are so sensitive. It took me forever to find one I like. But to find a dentist for my son that is pleasant, kid-centiric and patient on the first try was amazing! We are pleased with the staff in front and the back. Thanks for making my sons last few years one that has set the bar high for going to the dentist!

After seeing all the reviews. I was so excited to take my kids there but I see that you don't accept medicaid. But I did want to leave a review because the receptionist was very patient and kind with me.

Dr. Burm is kind, funny and very knowledgeable. My kids who are 15 and 18 now, have been seeing Dr. Burm for 10 years... He is the reason they don't mind going to dental visits! He does a great job explaining issues to me and the kids. The office staff, hygienists and dental assistants are just as wonderful - patient, caring and knowledgeable. Arcade style video games in the waiting area are a bonus!

The BEST pediatric dentist experience EVER! Our kids love this place, and have a giant smile on their faces from beginning to end. Hygienists are friendly, caring, and come right out to the waiting room to give you all of the details about your kiddos' teeth. The staff is so caring and patient....from the front desk all the way up to Dr Burm himself. Love this place!

Dr. Burm is very funny, patient and quick to get the procedures done with children. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to communicate with the kids to ensure they understand what is going on. His staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great office!!

Amazing pediatric dentist. My kids always walk out with beautiful white smiles. They have been seeing each of my kids since they turned 1. My 2 year old happily sits still and gets her teeth cleaned. We have always had an amazing experience here.
