Dr Dhadli and her wonderful team always do great work. My whole family counts on them for our dental needs from wisdom teeth extractions to implants, and more. Recently, they accommodated my dad's very urgent situation (tooth abscess) and saved us a great deal of pain and trouble. Dr Dhadli and her team are so compassionate and professional. I highly recommend Westside OMS! Thank you for taking care of us.

I had a molar extraction done here needing sedation so I was pretty nervous going in. Dr Dhadli and her team put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Everything went well and recovery was much better than I expected. I can't speak enough to how pleasant an experience surgery was. Who would have thought!

I saw Dr Dhadli at Westside OMS in Hillsboro OR recently. The front desk staff asked for my insurance ID info and indicated they would check my coverage for the services that would be provided at my consult for dental implants. However, the Cone Beam CT Scan was not covered at all and the out of pocket charge to me was $250. I called and asked the insurance clerk at Dr Dhadlis office if she preauthorized the Cone Beam CT Scan and she said there's no way to pre authorize in advance of an appt and there are just a few insurance companies that cover it which she named. It seems logical that since: Dr Dhadlis office knows that most insurance companies don't cover the Cone Beam CT Scan AND Dr Dhadli's office knows the names of the very few insurance companies that DO cover the Cone Beam CT Scan AND Dr Dhadli's office must know through their experience with other patients that my specific dental insurance company, Delta Dental has not covered the Cone Beam CT Scan AND Dr Dhafli's office know that when they are consulting about possible dental implant their diagnostic scan of choice in their office is the Cone Beam CT Scan, THEY SHOULD INFORM THE PATIENT IN ADVANCE THAT THE SERVICE MAY NOT BE COVERED. To not disclose this to a patient is disrespectful and it is bad business. It may be a lack of diligence or care, or it may be deceit, but it feels bad and people don't forget how you made them feel. I recently went to Orthopedic and Fracture Specialists and they made me a custom brace for my hand. They informed me at the time that the insurance may or may not be covered at all or in its entirety. This is a good business practice. It's also respectful of the patient who may have financial challenges during this difficult time.

This is a place you will have both love and hate feelings at the same time. Surgery is like a monster, it'll never be true if you heard someone said I'm not afraid of it. Dr. Dhadli and her team are very professional and friendly and warm, leading you through all the courses of treatment with relaxation, quick and neat. That makes you love this place and people here kinda looking forward seeing them again (even though less is better). At the same time you'll also hate yourself not taking good care of your oral health......which shouldn't be included in their review... I don't wish people to come here, but if you do need help, Westside OMS will be the best choice.

Dr. Dhadli and her staff are the kindest people. I had an extraction done in preparation for orthodontic work (to fix overcrowding) and they made -the anxious- me feel so comfortable and recovery was a breeze. Their office is very nice, cozy and spotless too. If I ever need any more oral surgery or implants, I'm definitely going back to them. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr Dhadli and her medical team are the best. I went in for my first tooth extraction and they helped me through all my anxiety with patience, care and professionalism. There was absolutely no pain from the procedure and I would highly recommend Dr Dhadli for any of your oral surgery needs.

I was really impressed with Dr Dhadli and her team. They were so organized and professional. Dr Dhadli was supportive and did a fantastic job helping find the right level of nitrous oxide gas for me and then removing my tooth so quickly and smoothly that I couldn't believe it was over that soon. I highly recommend Dr Dhadli!

Dr Dhadli and her staff are an amazing team. I went there for my wisdom teeth extractions. The whole procedure went super smooth and Dr Dhadli was able to remove them without any complications.The staff is also super friendly and very professional.

Best dentist ever. I am afraid of the dentist, i needed 2 teeth removed and replaced the staff and Dr Rupi made me feel comfortable and safe they explained everything that they were doing and even called me the day before and after to make sure that I would be comfortable.

My visit during COVID-19 was very well planned out. I never had to touch one thing during my consult or the day of my extraction. They took me on an emergency basis. Staff were all delightful and compassionate. Dr. Dhadli was so easy to speak with and actually listened to what I said. In and out without a hiccup. I would highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.

I came to Dr. Dhadli for a dental implant. Dr. Dhadli and her team are the best - professional, punctual, kind, caring and so gentle. The whole thing went so smoothly and I hardly experienced any discomfort. The staff explained each step of the process thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions. Dr. Dhadli is an amazing surgeon. She always made sure I was comfortable, frequently checking in with me to make sure I was okay and reassuring me throughout the surgery and making things as painless as possible. I'm so grateful for the exceptional care I got and would highly recommend Westside OMS.

Five years ago I was about to leave on an international business project lasting nearly four weeks. Just prior to that, a molar was giving me trouble, and turned out to be fractured, necessitating extraction. My dentist referred me to the Westside OMS office and Dr. Dhadli, and I wisely followed her advice! I'd rather head to Europe with a healing gap than a throbbing tooth, not knowing anything about dental care worldwide. Okay, I watch a lot of movies. Just two weeks ago, I had another issue with a broken crown and decaying tooth. Again, the extraction happened, and this time I opted for an implant, where eventually a crown will be added. In both cases, I can testify that the Dr. and her staff were completely professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my condition. Let's name names: Noor helped me with scheduling and insurance, etc., and put me at ease completely. Sam and Salome teamed up for my exams, treatment, assisting Dr. Dhadli during procedures, and generally making me comfortable and at home! Dr. Dhadli, though small in stature next to me, is a giant in my eyes! Her skills, her caring and concern, and the overall way she has built her practice would make me recommend her to anyone! Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, they have adjusted to be safe, thoughtful, and protective both of their practice and their patients. Thank you, Dr. Dhadli and staff! Oral surgery? No problem. I'd choose it any day over a job interview!

My second teeth surgery for bone graft at Dr. Rupi for teeth bridge replacement. First one was done last year. Dr. Rupi was excellent on her surgery skill set. She explained clearly what needs to be done about the surgery with clear high tech= 3D Xray images. Surgery went well both times. Second time was easier for me.. possibly due to her familiarity with may teeth / bone structure.. She is very personal and always smile as she see you. First Dr. ever called me "honey" and I melted on my dental chair.. LOL.. Westside office is a modern decoration and super clean as well as high tech. system reminder to keep things moving in a timely manner. I love the staff. Noor - famous person at this office - explained clearly on the detailed cost (out of my pockets) of the surgery prior to "D-day"... Other supported members explained procedures after the surgery to make you aware what to avoid for keep the surgery area clean and ultimately no infections afterward.. BTW, I have one more teeth bridge to replace next year. I will come back and see my **dear Doc. again the third time.. :-) Highly recommended ! The "Almost" famous patient.
