I earned my Associate's Degree at Murray State College, a Bachelor's n Biology/Chemistry from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and my Doctor of Dental Surgery from The University of Oklahoma, College of Dentistry in 2002.

Dentistry is changing every day and I take pride in pursuing the very best Continuing Education courses each year. I strive to take care of every single patient that I encounter and treat them like they are a part of my own family.I am one of the few dentists in Oklahoma that is licensed in IV Sedation and Implant Surgery. I want our patients to experience the very best dental treatment. Since 2002, I have served patients with the very best comprehensive, restorative, implant placement, sedation dentistry and cosmetic dentistry in my private practice.

Away from the office I love spending time with my wife, Stephanie and our two boys, Jace and Landry. We enjoy spending time on Lake Texoma and attending Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma State Football Games. I am an avid hunter and fisherman. I also own a herd of registered black angus cattle, the boys love helping their dad on the weekends.

I earned a Bachelor's of Biotechnology Degree at Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and Doctor of Dental Surgery from The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2013. Upon graduation, I completed a one-year residency in advanced general dentistry, with a focus on implants and cosmetic dentistry. I enjoy spending time with my wife Heather, I am an avid sports fan, and love being outdoors.

I am excited to get to know all of our patients at Westside Family Dentistry. I love practicing general dentistry and can treat most dental conditions. Taking care of patients with a comprehensive approach to their dental situation, and feeling like they're a member of our own family, really captures the essence of Westside Family Dentistry.

After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's degree, I earned by Doctor of Dental Surgery at The University of Missouri at Kansas City. I opened my private dental practice in 1971 in Durant, Oklahoma. With the help of Dr. Brandon Beaver, Dr. Taylor Marcum, and our entire team at Westside Family Dentistry we have surpassed my initial dream of what an ideal dental practice should be. I thouroughly enjoy interacting with our patients every day and working with our team. We strive to maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere in our office. We want you to feel like you are a part of our family.

Away from the office I enjoy spending time with my wife Joanne. We have three children, Carroll III, Heather and Raquel - and two grandchildren, Addi and Cameron. I love golfing, fishing and hunting when I am not working.

Morgan joined our Westside Team in 2014. She holds a certificate from the Dental Assisting National Board and state certificates in X-Ray's, Coronal Polishing, Nitrous Oxide, Sealants, and Orthodontics. She stays up to date with modern trends in dentistry and enjoys meeting new patients and seeing amazing dental transformations. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Carla came to our practice in 2007 to assist Dr. Beaver. She holds certification in X-ray and radiology safety and stays current with modern trends in dentistry. Carla enjoys meeting and getting to know our patients. Shes seen firsthand the amazing results we deliver, and shes proud to be part of a quality team. Carla is married with two beautiful daughters. She likes to fish and spend time with her family.

Ashley joined our team in 2010. She holds certificates in Coronal Polishing, X-Rays and Orthodontics. Ashley loves watching the transformation of patients smiles through orthodontics and cosmetic procedures. Ashley has been happily married to her husband, Cameron for 12 years. They have two wonderful sons, Kelton and Wyatt. She enjoys hunting and spending time with family and friends.

Jess joined the Westside team in November of 2018. She brings a wide range of knowledge to our practice from being in the medical field for over 12 years. Jess enjoys meeting new faces and watching them become part of the Westside family. She has 2 beautiful daughters who keep her on her toes! On the weekends, you can find her with her family watching Pres play softball!

Lori joined the Westside team in September 2019. She brings 30+ years of experience in working within the Atoka and Bryan county communities. At Westside, she is responsible for coordinating with patients and is always looking to add a personal touch to every interaction. In her spare time, you can find her gardening, spending time with family and friends, or spoiling her fur babies.

Lauren graduated from Westside Dental Assistant School in November 2019. She is a big people person and loves helping people in anyway she can. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her mom, sister, and little brother. She also loves shopping when she is not at the office!

I am South Dakota born and raised but have lived in Oklahoma for 6 years now. I graduated from Vernon College with an Associates of Science Degree, a Bachelors of Science in Teaching/Coaching from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and recently from Westside Dental Assistant School. I spend my spare time participating in rodeos, spending time on the lake, and dabbling in hunting and fishing.

Shannon attended UCO in Edmund and later received her Dental Hygiene degree from Rose State College. She begin working with Dr. Hutchens in 1995 and became fulltime at Westside in 2016. She has enjoyed getting to know and help her patients over the years as a hygienist. Shannon has two sons, Wyatt and Walker. Her and her husband, Roy, enjoy going to the beach, camping, golfing, anything outdoors, and most of all, spending time with their family.

Born and raised in Ardmore, Ok. 2010 Graduate of OU Dental Hygiene. Moved to the Durant area in 2005 and married Jason Culbreath of Caney in 2007. I absolutely love being a hygienist and take great pride in helping patients feel at ease in the dental chair. It has been a joy getting to know so many wonderful people in the community. I am excited to be a part of the Westside family! I enjoy spending time with my 3 children- Kyle Cross, Hannah Beene and Caylex Culbreath, and granddaughter Skylar

Meagan joined the Westside team in July of 2017. She received her Associate of Science degree at Southwestern Oklahoma State University before being accepted into the dental hygiene program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Meagan graduated at the top of her dental hygiene class at OUHSC in 2017 and now has a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She is passionate about meeting the oral health needs of her patients and enjoys spending time with friends and family outdoors in her spare time.
