Stop searching, you won't find a better office than Westside Endodontics! Dr Singh and his staff are simply the best. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I never felt any apprehension or pain and the whole process was streamlined and efficient. I highly recommend Westside Endodontics.

Dr Singh and his assistant Hector were wonderfully kind and compassionate during my root canal. I was extremely nervous due to previous dental trauma and they were so calm and reassuring and made sure the procedure was painless. 5 stars for excellent manners and great care.

Do not use them. Horrible customer service the dental assistant and the lady at the front desk were extremely rude and short. If that wasnt enough without warning or sending me a bill saying I owed more than I already paid out of pocket at the time of my appointment they sent my account to collections for a very small amount and put a bad mark on my credit. Highly caution people against going there. I was referred by another dentist's office to get in fast. No wonder they had a bunch of availability. This is by far the WORST dentist I have ever been to.

The practice itself is fine, but the way they bill is garbage. I received my first bill for $24 on 12/18/17, and a notice on 1/9/18 saying I would be sent to collections for non-payment if the bill wasn't paid by 1/19/18. That is three weeks from first bill to notice of collections! When I called to ask why so aggressive, I was told that their policy is to send to collections if they don't receive payment by 45 days after the date of service. I told them I could've just paid them $24 on the day I was there, but they said they have to submit the claim to insurance first, so that's why they didn't want payment at time of service. So, for anyone keeping track of the timing on this, if my insurance company wasn't prompt with payment, I would have had LESS THAN 3 weeks between my first bill and a notice threatening to send me to collections. This is aggressive and no way to do business. Everyone wants to get paid for their work, and I was always willing and ready to pay, but to threaten collections after so short a time is ridiculous.
