As a courtesy to our patients, our office will promptly file an insurance claim on your behalf. We ask you to keep in mind that a payment balance not covered by your insurance company is your responsibility. If the insurance payment received by our office is in excess of your balance, you will be sent a refund check from our accounting office at the completion of your care.
