I love watching a shy, timid child who doesnt want to smile transform into an outgoing, confident young person! I also really love working with adults because we develop a relationship over the years, and I get to learn about their lives and families. It gives me great satisfaction to see the powerful effects of orthodontics on all of my patients!
I specialize in treating both children and adult patients, and I offer a variety of orthodontic options, including Suresmile, Invisalign, clear braces, and lingual braces. Dr. Rouleau was born in Quebec, Canada, where he grew up and attended Laval University Dental School. He served a total 12 years in the Canadian Military both as enlisted and as an officer for the last 9 years. He earned his airborne wings while practicing as a Military Dentist.
He then came to the USA to attend Medical School at Harvard as well as a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he graduated in 2008. He went on to Texas to attend a fellowship in cosmetic surgery. he came to Florida in 2009. He currently practices in Palm Beach and Broward counties. He is a commercial pilot, avid scuba diver and fisherman.
Dr. Thomas was raised in Florida and enjoys the outdoors. Fishing, camping, BBQs, etc. He and his wife Nina have 7 children. 3 daughters and 4 boys. They are in High School, College, and one is serving in the US Army.
Dr. Thomas received his DMD from University of Florida. He went on to pursue his pediatric dentistry training at Northwestern University and served as chief resident at Childrens Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

Dr. Deborah A. Ferrer has been creating smiles since 1999. Over the years, Dr. Deborah A. Ferrer has treated many area dentists, their employees, and their families. We work closely with all area dentists to provide a comprehensive team approach to patient care.
There are numerous ways to correct most orthodontic problems. Some orthodontists choose to initiate treatment when a number of primary (baby) teeth are still present. When this is done it is called early treatment or Phase I treatment. Almost always a second phase of treatment is then required when all the permanent (adult) teeth erupt.
Dr. Deborah A. Ferrer is very conservative with regard to early treatment and will not recommend it unless she is confident it will provide a significant long-term benefit. They have found that, as the orthodontic literature suggests, some early treatment options do little to shorten the duration of or minimize the difficulty of a later stage of treatment.
