I am usually very anxious at a dental specialist but was calm through out the procedure. Both Doctor and attendants were pleasant, knowledgeable, and conscientious about my needs. The procedure was explained as it took place. They did not rush in and just get down to business like some. I appreciated the confidence the team had/showed and can highly recommend WestShore OMS.

Wisdom Teeth extraction at WestShore OMS with Dr Contino was really great! The nurse was thorough and explained the everytihng. Dr. Contino got to work, got the job done, and in no time we were on our way home. No pain at all. The office is nice, the staff are friendly and extremely capable. I called with a question for the nurse a few hours after we got home, and Dr Contino himself called us back within 5 minutes. If you need wisdom teeth extracted - go see Dr. Contino - he's awesome!

My experience with Dr. Contino was a 5 star experience. I was scheduled for a tooth extraction for the following week, but my crown on that tooth fell off several days before. I made an emergency call on Sunday night to Dr.Contino which he returned within a couple of hours. He promised to squeeze me in the next day for the extraction, which he fulfilled. The procedure was quick and easy (for me). Following his post surgical orders, I've had very, very little pain and it is healing nicely. Hopefully I won't need any extractions in the future, but if I do, he's the man.

Needed to have a molar removed and was very concerned about bleeding issues. Consulted with Dr. Contino and was comfortable with how he intended to conduct the procedure. I was very happy with the entire process and the result. Felt safe and that my concerns were addressed. Basically a painless procedure with minimal bleeding. Very happy with the way I was treated by the staff and the doctor. Billm

The doctor and assistant were excellent, thoughtful, conversational, always advising me where we were in the procedure; and of course, I thought them very skilled and professional. They went to extra lengths on my prescriptions. I loved the birds and the squirrels. Checking out and paying was great and pleasant, imagine that. The receptionist has not been recruited by the State Department for diplomatic service.

Had tooth pulled followed the insertion of an implant post. Dr Reed Excellent as was the staff. The office is equipped with the latest computer equipment and technology to select the proper and correct implant post. Amazing.

Tanya cancelled my surgery with just two days notice and terminated my care. I have a severe infection of my wisdom teeth and they need to come out ASAP. There was no legitimate reason for termination and it is causing me unnecessary health risks. For context, in my consult I was sent home with two treatment options. I called twice the week of my surgery to speak to the surgeon to gain consensus on what treatment would take place. I never heard back and so I called again three days later, devastatingly, I got Tanya on the phone. She was very rude and dismissive toward me when I requested a brief five minute call with the surgeon. I explained I needed clarification on treatment. She instead put me on hold and expressed to the surgeon that I didn't trust him (which wasn't the case I was calling for his recommendation). She then came back on the line and abruptly stated I was terminated from the office. I was shocked. I was calling so that I could set my expectations for Surgery and instead Tanya spread misinformation & refused to let me to speak with the doctor. I feel devastated as this is my third wisdom teeth infection and it's imperative they are removed. Dr W expressed concern that I've been on antibiotics off and on for three months and agreed they need to be removed asap. I trusted this office would help me as the last surgeon I trusted did not and he knew that. I did like and trust the doctor and still do respect him but I can't understand this decision. Starting over could cause complications around the infection and my care. This decision puts my health at risk. I am still dumbfounded as to how this has happened over requesting one brief discussion with the surgeon between the consult meeting and surgery. I would think I could speak to my surgeon one time between the consult and surgery especially when I was sent home with two treatment plans. A very painful and unfortunate outcome due to Tanya's lack of compassion, patience, understanding, or patient care. We're it not for her I would likely have received excellent care.

Had to leave to go up north but needed extraction done before I left they were able to fit me in and do the extraction appointment was on timeStaff was very professional and clear instructions for post care was given

Dr Winokur performed oral surgery and placed an implant, I did not feel anything, for me he is the best oral surgeon.
