Dr. Harreld was born and raised in Ludington, Michigan. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. After college, she completed her general dental training at the University of Detroit Mercy. She then participated in and finished a general practice residency at the Malcolm Randall Veterans Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. After enjoying the beautiful and sunny Florida weather for a year, Dr. Harreld continued her education in Graduate Endodontics at Ohio State University, where she received a Master's of Science degree.
She and her husband Jeff were thrilled to relocate back to West Michigan and look forward to making this area our lifelong home. Together they enjoy biking, cooking, walking along the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline, and gardening.

Dr Taryn Harreld was awesome. Her assistant Ellie was as well. Honestly all you ever hear from most people about root canals is how awful they are, but this procedure was really not bad at all. I'm really grateful to have been referred here.

I was referred to Dr Taryn Harreld and she was so great at explaining the procedure that I needed. My procedure went smoothly and pain free. She and her staff were very caring throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend her.

Was referred to Westshore Endodontics by dentist... Taryn Harreld n her staff were excellent friendly and patient. Root canal was painless n stressless Would highly recommend if specialist is needed! Only reason I didn't give 5 is because... Sadly to say they don't accept any kind of dental savings plan so I had to pay full amount $1300 for one root canal so that means I'll be heading elsewhere (Aspen Dental) for my other root canal.

I have a severe issue with Claustrophobia once the dental damn is in place. The Dr. was very understanding. The Dr and Staff made me feel at ease and the root canal went off with no issues. Total great experience

Painless! My experience was awesome and totally relaxing. I would highly recommend her to do your root canal. I do not like having dental work, however, I was able to listen to my music and she finished quickly. Such a wonderful experience
