Dr. Rajiv Motwani believes that having a great smile can be life-changing. He is devoted to providing the best standard of care through patient education, contemporary technology and minimally- invasive techniques. All of this is achieved in a comfortable environment that puts his patients at ease.

Dr. Motwani attended the University of Florida in Gainesville where he graduated with a bachelors degree in Microbiology. He then pursued his postgraduate studies at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (DMD). Soon after graduation in 2004, Dr. Motwani moved to Bradenton and practiced as an associate for five years. In 2009, he fulfilled his dream of owning his own practice and Westshore Dentistry, Inc. was established.

Dr. Motwani has extensive training and experience in all areas of general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. He loves to learn about the latest dental technologies and techniques and he has incorporated these advancements to create a state-of-the-art dental environment. His love of technology and keen sense of detail is what brought him to the field of dentistry. He also has a very hands-on approach to every aspect of his office, including building several of the computers himself. Dr. Motwani has become known for his calm and caring nature and is widely regarded among his peers and patients.

In his spare time, Dr. Motwani enjoys family time with his wife, Jana and their two sons. He is an avid fisherman and musician/guitarist. He has been playing the guitar for over 20yrs. In addition to that, he is also a car enthusiast and a self-proclaimed foodie. Other interests include: traveling with his family, cooking, and photography.

Registered Dental Hygienist. Alekxa has been a Florida resident for many years, and it was here that she realized her love for the dental field. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist from Saint Petersburg College and is also licensed to administer local anesthesia. Alekxa is happy to be a part of the Westshore Dentistry team and her favorite part is meeting new patients and helping them achieve their dental goals! When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, family, and friends. She also likes cooking, crafting and decorating.

Office Manager. Nancy Grew up in Brooklyn, NY. In 2004, she relocated to Bradenton along with her husband Garrett, and two children, whom are the light of her life. Nancy has been in the Dental field for over 34 years! She loves meeting new people and having the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of so many wonderful people. Nancy enjoys cooking, going to the theater, concerts, antique shopping, spending time at home with family and friends, and her Border Collie, Laci.

Certified Dental Assistant. Originally from Russia, Genie has been living in the Sarasota/Bradenton area for the last 15 years. She is enjoying the sunshine state, with its beautiful beaches and warm weather. Genie graduated from the dental assisting program at Manatee Technical Institute in 2008 and has been working in the dental field ever since.Genie loves taking care of her patients and she is passionate about their care. In her spare time, Genie likes to travel and find new places to dine. She enjoys quiet beach days, spending time with family and friends, and amusement parks.

Originally from Ocala, Jana is a native Floridian who moved to the Bradenton area in 2004. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and worked for many years as a microbiologist in the Food Industry. Although Jana has been with the practice since Westshore Dentistry, Inc. was formed, she officially joined the team in 2014 as the C.F.O. and handles the day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting, and business compliance. In her spare time, Jana enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Motwani and their two sons, reading, traveling, trying new foods, and meeting new people.
