Dr. Burleson is the author of two Amazon best-selling consumer books, Stop Hiding Your Smile! and The Consumers Guide to Invisalign. As a two-time Inc. 500 | 5000 honoree recognized for building one of the fastest-growing orthodontic specialty practices in North America, he was also awarded the American Dental Associations prestigious Golden Apple Award in 2014 and the Missouri Dental Associations Outstanding Dental Leadership award in the same year.
Dr. Burleson writes five professional newsletters monthly, is the director of the Leo H. Rheam Foundation for Cleft & Craniofacial Orthodontics, teaches at both Childrens Mercy Hospital and the UMKC School of Dentistry, and operates a large multi-clinic orthodontic and pediatric dental practice in Kansas City, Missouri.

The next generation! My daughter was treated by one of the doctors here 25 years ago. Now, my grandson will have a beautiful (oops! make that handsome) smile . Staff is caring and knowledgeable. My grandson has a few developmental challenges. They take the time to make sure my grandson understands and is comfortable. I highly recommend Westrock Orthodontics.

My daughter completed phase 1 today! So thankful for Dr Sander and all the ladies in the office. We were able to get high quality care close to home. Most importantly my kiddo is feeling confident and loves her new smile!

I was very impressed with this orthodontist! Walking into their office was a pleasant experience with a comfortable, inviting patient wait area (including a coffee bar!), and friendly, welcoming, and informative receptionists. Before arriving I was sent a form online to fill out the patient info so I didn't have to write anything in the office! We only waited a few minutes before being welcomed back to the dental area where all things were thoroughly explained, my daughter felt comfortable, and the assistant asked questions to get to know us. I was able to see X-rays on a screen while the orthodontist did the exam. He was incredibly thorough, answered all our questions, made my daughter (and me!) feel at ease, and explained future expectations. All insurance and cost information was explained perfectly face to face. Such a great experience! This is definitely the place to go!

My son got his braces put on the other day and we love the experience we have gotten! Everyone has been great! But our Krystal has been the best! My son absolutely loves her. She's pretty awesome.

Jordan (?name spelling)is WONDERFUL!!! she's a staff member working close with Orthodontist: she has been a blessing for our first experience so far. She provided both empathy and sympathy for me as a mother as well as being an encouragement to my 13 year old son Logan W. F.Y.I. I don't like writing reviews and I rarely comment unless someone has impacted my life above and beyond OR has made me feel like dirt getting stomped on. Well, Jordon has impacted our lives above and beyond and is truly worthy in more ways than she probably knows. Jordan: she is OUTSTANDING and EXTRAORDINARY where she is meant to be in Gods plan!!!!! Great communication skills and I felt that we were TRULY CARED for and not just because she is suppose to as a job requirement. If staff ever were to get any bonuses: she deserves a bonus 7 times the normal amount because that's one of God's Favorite most mentioned numbers in the Bible., and I believe she is an ANNOINTED HIGHLY FAVORED part of your team in God's eyes! Jordon: she is a keeper and I believe that other employers would try to snatch her in a heartbeat to work with them if they were her patient. She has been such a blessing to our family, she helped us to feel welcome as part of WestRocks family. Jordon has impacted our lives POSITIVELY in a negative situation with only one visit! BONUS, BONUS, BONUS blessings she really deserves in my opinion as part of repaying the blessings she has provided us and all other patients. Orthodontist: David does his job well, was professional, gentle with my child and reassured him of what is needed and answered any questions and concerns. He was patient with great bedside manners and did not make me feel like he was rushing our visit to go see another patient. He made it less scary for my 13 year old who is about to go through the braces and jaw realignment changes. Staff and doctor did not focus on the financial, although important, but focused on their patient: my son and me:mother. Overall; WESTROCK in West plains, MO: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND 5 STARS WITH BONUS

My son had his braces put on today and the entire experience was great! While their office stays extremely busy, the ladies at the front desk, the assistants, and Dr. Sander all take their time and explain things thoroughly; never once did we feel rushed. Megan is wonderful and I'm thankful that my son will have her throughout his orthodontic process and I can't say enough about Dr. Sander! Our community is very fortunate to have Westrock!

Normally I don't do reviews but I can't say enough good things about Westrock Orthodontics, my daughter just got her braces done and we received wonderful care, the staff is awesome both professional and friendly. All care was explained and payment management was available if needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed care . thank you Westrock.

Absolutely love Westrock Orthodontics. Dr. Dake put my braces on in the 90's and now I have two in braces that Dr. Sanders has put on. They are all very kind, informational, and willing to work with you on your payment plan.

My last orthal was in Springfield and it wasn't the most pleased experience. I am an adult that takes care of my teeth. So when my dogs ate my retainers I decided to visit westrock orthal in west plains mo. I will ALWAYS keep their number on hand. They were very nice and pleasant, and pricing was fair and very reasonable. Everyone from start to finish took their time and listened to me, the doc gave me all options, took his time with me, listened to my concerns and wants, Brianna talked with me, went through all details and payment options, she didn't rush me, she explained everything in detail. The whole visit was very pleasant. Im very pleased and will recommend westrock to anyone.

Jordan was PHENOMENAL in helping explain and ease the anxiety of both of my daughters, when getting their braces placed. The entire process was incredibly easy, and I dare even say enjoyable! Jordan's personality is infectious, and unexpected in this day and age. She's a true rockstar! The entire staff at Westrock Dental goes above and beyond, and we'll definitely be utilizing them for all of our orthodontist needs, from here going forth!!

Elizabeth had some funky teeth before we started this journey. She was barely able to close her mouth! Now, she has perfect teeth! The herpst did a great job at alligning her jaw and the braces made her teeth look amazing! Thanks a bunch to the entire team and staff! Would recommend to anyone!

My son and I felt so welcome here. He was able to get his braces on the first visit. They were quick and very efficient with our time. We didn't feel rushed and they offer some really great perks such as points for A's on report cards, being on time, wearing the westrock t-shirt, and even gave my son an electric toothbrush! I will definitely recommend this practice to my friends.
