This place is awesome! My daughter had her braces applied here. Everyone was so polite and professional. They work so fast with perfection. My daughter loved them and actually enjoyed the experience.

The front worker Angie is very rude. Some of the techs are nice. I accidentally mistake my appt time for 12:10pm. I went to go ask how much longer due to me mistakenly thinking my appt was at 12:10. Instead of professionally correcting me, Angie instantly went into defense mode. I understand my timing was wrong but that was bad customer service. On top of discussing the issue with other techs while I was still in the building. Very unprofessional!!

Very professional, very detailed in getting accurate information, cleanliness and sanitation was GREAT!! Left feeling hopeful with the next step for my son getting his braces!!

Westrock in North Little Rock ROCKS!!! The staff is very friendly. You feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. They are very fast pace, knowledgeable and helpful with anything you may need. This was my first time visiting and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for braces. Everyone was friendly, had wonderful attitudes, energetic, and professional!!! Westrock is the best!!!

Great facility with extremely friendly staff and orthodontist! They were also playing "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" in the waiting room and how can you go wrong with that? Pleasant visit all together and I'm happy I chose Westrock!
