Since founding Burleson Orthodontics in 2006, over 3,000 orthodontists have traveled to Kansas City from 35 countries to learn from Dr. Dustin Burlesons vision to change lives, advance the profession of orthodontics, and support our communities. Dr. Burleson writes five professional newsletters monthly, is the director of the Leo H. Rheam Foundation for Cleft & Craniofacial Orthodontics, teaches at both Childrens Mercy Hospital and the UMKC School of Dentistry, and operates a large multi-clinic orthodontic and pediatric dental practice in Kansas City, Missouri.

I'm new to the area and wanted to find a good orthodontist. I reviewed online a lot of places and chose this one to visit. I was blown away! Micah did my mouth photos and scan( on a new machine that was painless) and the orthodontist was very transparent with what I needed and why and answered all my questions. This place has my business- they are awesome!

My daughter dreaded going due to past visits at other places. She loves this place. The staff was welcoming & friendly! They were on top of things which meant no long wait time waiting to be seen. They got us right on back in under 5 minutes. They are VERY kid friendly & extremely gentle & made my daughter feel comfortable & at ease with them. Micah couldn't of made our experience any better!! She's def a very valuable asset to Westrock. She explained everything in detail & covered all aspects to where I had zero questions afterwards. They offer multiple payment plans & even gave us a discount of $800 off!! I can't say enough positive things about our visit!!

Alex Robbins was absolutely fantastic. She had the best customer service and made my daughter so excited about getting her braces! I'd totally recommend westrock orthodontist in hot springs for anyone thinking of making that smile better.

This office was amazing with my son! He has some special needs and the staff went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. I was incredibly impressed with the entire process. If you are looking to get braces for your child, this is the place, hands down!

The staff at Westrock Orthodontics are amazing! Maddie was so patient and kind to my daughter putting on her braces and walking her through the first of braces. I'd recommend them to my friends and family! Definitely

They were fantastic! They took great care of my daughter. Walked & talked us through everything during procedure and the after care, dos & don'ts. I would highly recommend Westrock Orthodontics to every one. My daughter hasn't smiled this much. Thank you Westrock!!!

This is a wonderful place of business with a wonderful staff period they are all very nice and welcoming and they do a great job period I would recommend this place to my family and friends and anyone and need of orthodontic service. Our family has been going to this ortho for YEARS! We have 5 kids in our blended family and we will not go to any other provider in Hot Springs. We get our preventive care and our orthodontic services done. The staff is always super friendly and always make us laugh. They are very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. WE LOVE WESTROCK!!

The staff was so friendly and professional. We got in within minutes of arriving and braces on in our first appointment. Compared to other orthopedic offices we've been to our experience here was unbelievable! Highly recommend!

Make sure to get a morning appointment. I had an appointment at 3:30pm today and got there 15 minutes early. My permanent upper retainer broke in half only after one year (first ), so i went in to get it removed. First comment was "$55 is owed for this visit just for the office visit. Okay?" I said "I understand." The dental assistant was very rough with my teeth and gums, and even made comments about not knowing what to do to the other assistants. Obviously I was very worried when it comes to my teeth getting heavily drilled on aggressively because of a 30 minute time limit since they close at 4. The assistant made a comment about her hand cramping up, and asked the assistant next to her to help when she was done with the other patient. I told assistant that we could wait til she was done, in hopes that I would get a more gentle assistant working on my mouth!! Apparently that was not the right thing to say. The assistant pulled another aside and didn't make it out of ear shot to start talking about me! "We only have 3 people here today, I don't know what she wants me to do. She said her teeth were sensitive?? We don't have time for this" how unbelievable. I was very uncomfortable at this point, I have never been treated this way by this establishment before, nor met the assistant that was initially providing care. The two other assistants then started trying to get the cement off my teeth. I finally just agreed that it was all off just to be able to leave, (it was not all the way off). I spoke with the manager about what happened. She assured me that it would be addressed. Then the assistant that caused the harm then has the audacity to say AGAIN "don't forget to pay your $55 at the front desk." Lady, do you really think I would just walk out without paying for services.. I am going to go to another ortho office to get the rest of cement off my teeth. I am very disappointed as they did so well with my braces years ago. I will not be coming back neither will my family or friends. Thanks.

Great atmosphere, very informative and understanding of circumstances. Amazing option to finance if that is your only option. My kid is always happy to go, so that should give you a pretty good idea of how awesome the care is provided.
