Dr. Burleson writes five professional newsletters monthly, is the director of the Leo H. Rheam Foundation for Cleft & Craniofacial Orthodontics, teaches at both Childrens Mercy Hospital and the UMKC School of Dentistry, and operates a large multi-clinic orthodontic and pediatric dental practice in Kansas City, Missouri.

Really cannot give them any kind of rating because they were very unaccommodating to the fact I had to have my mother take my son to his first appointment with them because I work at a hospital and I cannot take off work. They refused my son when he showed up today for his appointment with his grandmother. I called after she told me this information and I called to see if I could grant her permission by email or phone or to sign anything and email it back and they would not do it. So now We will be going to Owens. Some parents cannot take off work. So, maybe they should think about that before they loose another customer.

If i could give this a negative star rating i would. I am very disappointed in westrock. First off, their communication is terrible. Second of all, my daughter has had her braces on for 2 1/2 years and nothing has changed, in fact got worse. They have removed 3 permanent teeth - in which now she will have to get implants, when it should have never have came to that point. After leaving westrock we transferred to another orthodontist and he stated that for one they had the brackets in The wrong position and had been placing the brackets on her gums which caused them to become very swollen in the last 2 years. also stating that whenever they would replace the brackets they had never scraped off the glue, which has now caused indention and stains in her teeth from the glue eating into her enamel!

We have been with westrock since 2018 and they are awesome. We started phase 2 this week cant wait to see the end results. Big difference at the end of phase 1 alone. Staff is friendly.

Dr. Hiller is the best and the staff is very friendly. Had a wonderful experience here. If you live in Cabot I'd highly suggest checking them out.
