A+ orthodontist! This is my second time using Dr. Tatum, she is excellent and so down to earth. She has one goal! Beautiful teeth..... She is very intelligent in the ortho area, we consulted with other orthodontist prior to choosing her. We chose her because her plan made perfect sense, and the other orthodontists were not taking the best approach. She is also very reasonable in price.

I have had prior orthopedic experience and dr. Tatum is the best. She knows how to straighten teeth and save u money!

I had Invisalign done earlier in the year , and shortly after I got my permanent retainer I unfortunately had to have a crown placed. This required me to have to have a new retainer made. Dr. Tatum was very nice got me in right away , and not only scanned my teeth for a new retainer noticed my teeth were shifting and reordered me new liners at no cost. The staff at Westrock orthodontist have been great I highly recommend them.

The girls in branson office are awesome, the Dr is great...we've had an excellent experience there. My son is almost finished with braces and my nephew just began, my niece finished!! Great place!!

We had a lot of troubles with brackets coming loose and wires poking, among other issues. It was very frustrating to have to go in repeatedly for issues.

Dr. Tatum knows what she is doing and always has your best interest at heart! Kassandra and Ally are THE BEST- they're always so kind and sweet and Stacy is always willing to answer any questions you may have - again, so kind. The entire team goes above and beyond but these four mentioned really shine! I recommend this clinic to everyone I know. You can't go wrong with Dr. Tatum and her team! They take their time and show that they care and they really know their stuff! You'll be happy from day one. They explain everything and if you don't understand something - just ask! They are more than willing to answer your questions. Trust me, you won't be sorry. And as a bonus: The clinic is always very clean :-)

Despicable, shameful, exploitative treatment! We are an active duty military family and my wife and 8 year old daughter are displaced living with relatives in Branson due to destruction and lack of electricity, fuel, and other infrastructure at our military base and the adjacent communities caused by Hurricane Laura while I remain to work on the base. She made an appointment here for my daughter to get her expander removed. She made it to the appointment on time, explained their situation about the displacement and the expander needing to be removed. The Orthodontist examined it, was empathetic about our situation, and said she would do the work and everything would be fine. This got my daughter's hopes up as the expander had been causing her pain and discomfort. When my wife went to the counter and provided our VALID dental insurance, the receptionist stated that they were refusing to file insurance with us because they "may never see you again" due to not living in the area and only filed insurance with "repeat" patients. She rudely and unapologetically demanded a cash payment of nearly a grand for the service in spite of us having valid dental insurance simply because we did not live in the immediate area and stated that they would only accept a full cash payment for services due to that reason alone. They did this after putting on a big act about accepting our brand of insurance before hand and reeling my wife and daughter in by acting empathetic to their displacement situation and the pain it was causing my 8 year old daughter knowing that they would only accept a full cash payment simply because we "might not come back" due to living out of state. Awful treatment! They should've simply stated up front that non-local residents will have to pay cash in full instead of trying to exploit and woman and an 8 year old who are displaced.
