Westrock Orthodontics, a clinic affiliated with Rock Dental Brands, announced its partnership with college football quarterback KJ Jefferson. The collaboration is the companys second NIL partnership that aims to promote the importance of oral health and a healthy smile, as well as document Jeffersons own oral health journey and smile transformation.

Jefferson is a native of Sardis, Miss. and a starting college football quarterback currently playing in Fayetteville, Ark. The partnership with Westrock Orthodontics was formed in light of the law passed in July 2021 allowing student athletes to be compensated for the use of their name, image and likeness (NIL).

Dr. & Staff are always friendly and very welcoming every visit. I transferred over to the Bentonville office halfway through my treatment and they picked up right where the other office left off! I sure do love my smile! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

While you are there, they're great. When you're not there and you call, they don't answer. They don't return voicemails. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of someone. I've had brackets break and it took 4 calls and a Facebook message to finally connect with someone. A separate instance, I was on my last set of trays and my next appointment was 2 weeks away. I called to see if I should pick up my next set of trays or keep wearing the ones I have. Zero answer. Called 4 times. Left voicemails. Still no callback. It's frustrating the lack of customer service outside of being in their building.

This place has a ten minute grace period for your appointment. They act like they cant allow 2 minutes when we all know we have to wait in the lobby 15 to 20 minutes after check in before calling us. So the 10 minute grace period should apply to them as well. The lobby had three people and they couldnt help me. Pretty sure those people are 10 minutes pass their appoitment.

This is a great place to go! Staff and Dr are super friendly. And they care about their patients. They will work out an affordable payment plan with down payment. Went got braces they are very helpful, Dr explain everything so made every detail easier since i was a little nervous, they also very profesional, will recommend for somebody else for sure

I took my two grandchildren today for a consultation and I was very pleased with the service we received! The orthodontist assistant explained the process of the eval to me and Dr. Hallum did an exceptional job explaining and going over his findings. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Dr. Hallums has been amazing with our son at Westrock! He has some oral surgery needs that need out of the ordinary solutions. Dr. Hallums was able to refer us to an amazing surgeon. He has personally stayed in contact with us through the entire process. We also love Holly, who has been always very sweet with our Son and has a great personality! I believe Dr. Hallums to be a very honest, caring, and well-educated Orthodontist!! I would highly recommend taking your child to see him!
