This was our first time visiting the office. Fast friendly and very clean office. I was nervous about starting our journey with braces for my son for the first time but they made it sound so easy and they made us feel so comfy. I would highly recommend to a friend and I am excited to get to know the staff even better.

I am so disgusted with this office. I used Dr. Reddiger a few years ago for Invisalign. He put in a permanent retainer. Last week I lost part of my vision and had to go to the ER and needed an urgent MRI of my brain. The retainer prevented that from happening because the steel would affect the imaging. I was never told this could be an issue during my orthodontic treatment. I tried to call his office, they are rarely open. I left a message with the 800 number on the website and asked if they could please have a provider review my file to see whether the retainer was titanium or steel as that would make a difference as to whether I could have the MRI. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. Thank God for my actual dentist who called me back after hours, gave me good advice and ultimately removed the retainer because Dr. Reddiger couldn't be bothered to even call me back. Additionally, during treatment, he doesn't do any of the work himself, only his "techs" do. Most of his patients are children who cannot advocate for themselves. When I was going through treatment those girls would just hack away at my teeth with drills unsupervised and it was very painful. I think of all the kids who are back there without their parents and don't know how to speak up. When my dentist took off the retainer, he did it himself, not a tech. It was like night and day from what Reddiger's office did. My dentist was gentle and pain free and didn't damage my teeth. Moral of the story, don't use Reddiger and don't get a permanent retainer because you may find yourself in the ER unable to get a much needed MRI, with an orthodontist who is too busy taking days off to call you back. He certainly leads a charmed life.

Dr. Rediger and his staff are wonderful. Always welcoming, address any questions we have, pleasant, and timely. They have taken amazing care of my son. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an orthodontist.

They have no grace period whatsoever. My daughter appointment was at 2:10pm and i gave them a courtesy call at 1:30pm to let them know our gps estimated an arrival of 2:20. They didn't care. Although we were on the highway in route they told me i had to reschedule. I was referred to them and was driving almost 35min just to support this office. Never again. I will find a office near me that understand things happen

Westrock was amazing, they got us in for the inital consultation within days, and they explained what the course of action was and different payment options. Their facility was clean and just amazing.

GROSS NEGLIGENCE- Okay I am not one that usually writes reviews whether good or bad. But I would be wrong not to in this case. My husband and I had my daughter consulted at Westrock in October. At the time she was 9 and not yet 10. They took the regular X-rays and went through the pricing pitch, etc. Their recommendation was of course to start treatment immediately. They couldn't give us any concrete time frame but just assured us it would work out great (even though they have one general billing code and we were told by our insurance that is a shady scam companies use to essentially charge whatever they want as they go.) So fast forward six months- we decided to get a second opinion at Burgess Orthodontics and thank goodness we did. Come to find out our daughter has an impacted tooth that needs removed IMMEDIATELY. In fact, the procedure and spacer are both covered under general insurance and they don't recommend starting treatment for orthodontics until another 3-5 YEARS. If this wasn't treated it would lead to greater issues and oral surgery down the road. They had nothing special compared to Westrock- the same x-rays and everything they had, but were able to tell us so much more. Why is that? So moral of the story is to get a second opinion. Any orthodontist willing to slap braces on a child without looking at their amount of remaining baby teeth and any surgical needs is just plain scamming you AND not doing what's right for children.

The staff is amazing, always friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure of working with Amy each visit. Her smile and laugh throughout my daughters years with braces was a true blessing. Braces off today and couldn't be happier.

I would definitely recommend Rediger Orthodontics. They explained everything in detail upfront and have great financial plans to pay off braces . The employees were very friendly . We never had a problem throughout the whole process . He just got them off today and his teeth look great . Thanks for such great customer service.

Fantastic orthodontist but the office staff is unorganized and rude. When I called to make payments multiple times, they told me that I had paid in full even though I told them I didn't think that was right and then they sent me to collections and wouldn't allow me to make an appointment until the entire balance was paid. No apology and they told me they would be happy to make an appointment to remove the braces. Ridiculous!

We have always had great experiences, until today. First, Let me say Dr. Rediger is Wonderful. His assistants are the best in town. So why only 3 stars, the office staff. We were running late for an appt (15 minutes), totally our fault, I tried to call to find out if they could still take us and we were given the voicemail. I dropped my son off quickly and then parked, when I came in the staff member at the front desk informed me that they wouldn't be able to take us since we were late. Not a problem, I was a little surprised, as we normally have to wait 10-15 minutes to be seen, but I wasn't at all mad and just simply said that we were sorry we were late as my son had got out of camp late. As we left, my son said to me, wow she did a 180 as soon as you came in as she was being completely rude to me about being late and how we were so late and they couldn't take us now. We have been with Rediger for many years now, as we did 2 sets of braces with them. The front desk use to be just as good as the rest, but over the last 2 years, they seem to get ruder and ruder. I would understand if we were always late, but in the 5 years we have been going to them we have maybe been late once, but we have waited many times when they are running late with patients and not been rude to them. Things Happen.

They explain the whole process during your consultation. How long it will take approximately, the appliances that will be used what to expect in the first few months, etc... It's all very thorough and easy to understand. Great financing options with no interest so you can spread out your payments over the course of the entire treatment. Great place. Highly recommend.
