Dr. Onwueme or Dr. Mali is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist. She completed her undergraduate training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She went on to complete her dental school training at The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor where she received a distinction award for her community outreach initiatives in Public Health Dentistry in Kenya and South Africa.
She then completed a general practice residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, NY and subsequently practiced as a general dentist for a few years, before deciding to continue her studies and specialize in pediatric dentistry at the New York University Langone Lutheran Medical Center. For two years, she received extensive training in managing traumatic dental injuries; children with special needs; sedation dentistry; general anesthesia within office and in hospital setting. Dr. Mali continues to study advanced techniques and procedures within the growing field of pediatric dentistry.
Treating all of my patients with passion and compassion remains her motto. She is dedicated to the community and enjoys traveling nationally and internationally for various dental outreach initiatives. Locally, she volunteers regularly with various non-profit organizations within the community including the Mission of Mercy and Kids Meals, Inc.
She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a proud active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), and the Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She also maintains staff privileges at several local hospitals.
With a big smile and a positive attitude, Dr. Mali aims to provide an exceptional dental experience for children along with a warm and caring environment for families. She resides locally with her husband and two toddlers that keep her very active. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, watching soccer, and any eating activity. She also loves to hear a good Knock Knock joke.

Everyone was Amazing! We were treated with respect, the place was nice and clean, my daughter even lost her balloon in the wind and they had no problem giving her another. We love it!

Dr.Mail is amazing!!!! She is so patient with my little ones and the staff is phenomenal!! My kids have gone here since they were 6 months! She is so attentive and has great attention to detail! My oldest had a cavity coming in and she showed us how to take care of his tooth so he wouldn't have a cavity. My other son was tongue tied and she caught that early on and educated us on the possible outcomes and procedures. She is overall amazing!!!! This is the best place to take your kids!!

From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful experience overall. I just wish they would enforce masks for all parents and children old enough to wear them while in the building.

Love this pediatric establishment! The whole team is great! I was worried about changing them over since my girls had been at their last dentist since they were 1, but they adjusted and love it! I would recommend Westpark Pediatric's to anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist!

Dr Mali is so patient, informative and communicative. My son had previous bad experiences with his teeth and he was having kind of phobia even in applying the fluoride on his teeth every 6 month. Dr Malawi was awesome and she helped him to get rid of his fear and to be happy to visit the dentist despite all his previous problems and experiences. We are always happy to visit her clinic and I'm recommending her to friends and family.

We came to this dentistry by mistake but we were so glad we ended up here! The staff was so kind to us and luckily my 9 year old son was able to be seen. Dr. Malije explained everything nicely and answered all my questions. My son was not nervous at all and loved that he could watch a movie while they worked on him. I just want to say this is my 1st time here and I absolutely love it already. The staff is very friendly and professional and super kind. That means so much to me. My daughter is finally going to get the treatment she needs and we are so thankful. Office is clean and staff is patient. Don't know how busy this place gets but we waited maybe 5 min before seeing the dentist. This is our new dentist.

Not only did they get me in the same day, which was on a Friday, they were very kid friendly, but they seen my daughter, diagnosed her and sent us on our way in less than an hour.
