I would 100% recommend going to westown dental! They took me in same day and performed an emergency root canal. I felt no pain and the dr explained the entire procedure and was sympathetic as well. I couldn't be more happy and will never go to a different dentist ever again.

IM HAPPY BECAUSE IN THIS DENTAL CARE IS A REAL GOOD PLACE...I HAVE SOMES LIMITATIONS LIKE A PANIC ATACK AND THAT PERSONS CARE ME 24/7. THANKS

I visited here with an aching tooth. Westown was able to get me in immediately (literally same day, almost as fast as I could get to their location). On an initial visit they inspected the tooth, took xrays, prescribed antibiotics, and scheduled me for a root canal the next business day. Just incredible quickness and kindness to help someone in pain. (Note that for a tooth infection like I had, antibiotics will relieve the pain by fighting the infection.) During the root canal attempt, the dentist was eventually able to remove a nerve from the tooth, which helped some with the pain, but ultimately he had to refer me to a specialist to finish working on it. (Even the specialist said it was an incredibly hard case. The specialist mentioned he was impressed with how much Westown had been able to do for me.) I would return to Westown in a heartbeat. They tried really hard to fix the problem, and when they couldn't, they did as much as they could and wrote me a referral to a specialist who also accepted Medicaid. I appreciate their hard work and quickness.

When it comes to any sort of surgical procedure specifically involving needles I am notorious for becoming an adult toddler. My very first experience here was prompted by an emergency appointment after too many years of no dental work. Not only was the entire staff swift and efficient, but unbelievably patient and professional given my obnoxious anxiety. I have had all remaining dental issues taken care of since then and couldn't be happier with the feeling of relief.

Came in for a emergency visit because my mouth/tooth was aching for 3-5 days. So grateful that they take all health insurance for example : caresource and Medicaid (which I have). They also took me in pretty fast , only waited 10 mins to be called in for an examination of my mouth. The dentist and his crew were very concerned and understanding of my story with why my teeth is the way it is now and took care of me with their best knowledge. They took x-rays and found out I needed an emergency root canal procedure done (which I agreed and signed my signature for them to continue), a tooth pulled out, and two fillings. Which I'm not proud of but ehh that's what I get for traveling and not taking time too make appointments to check my health sooner. Gave me numbing gel before giving me Novacaine into my gums. So I didn't feel a thing !, which led to their success of the root canal procedure and got rid of my aching mouth. Also gave me the right medication for my mouth too heal and to get rid of the bacteria in my teeth so it won't come back. I'm so grateful of coming here and will continue to come here for follow ups and to take care of the other issues with my teeth <3 . I hope my review helps a lot n I hope you come here too , they're work environment is like a family so please treat them with respect.
