Always professional, the dental assistants, schedulers, dentists, and receptionist always go above and beyond every time I visit. Dr. Weston is knowledgable and skilled enough to handle the most complex of dental problems. They also offer any dental appliances you might need to supplement your care. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist, especially if you have a complicated dental history.

Hands down the best dental office I have been to and checks all my boxes for a amazing dental office! I have seen both Dr Nelson and Dr Weston, both doctors take time to explain what is going on and the best treatment options. Whenever I need my cleanings or a filling the doctors and hygentists are so gentle and efficient! The girls at the front desk are always on top of any billing insurance questions I have. The staff here genuinely warm and kind, and makes me feel that I am truly cared about and not just another patient.

I came in today, 8/24, and I was there for 2 hrs, which is unacceptable to me. I called this office and spoke with Autumn about 2 weeks ago, and specifically asked how long I should budget for a first visit for a basic cleaning/exam, she told me 1 hr. Then in the office, she says, the 1st visit is generally 1 & 40 minutes, she did not tell me that. The hygienist, Taylor is very professional, however, she also fell short on communication as she should have explained that she was going to perform an in depth scaling on my teeth, which I had never heard of, as I had moved from Texas, and was with a family dental practice there for over 10 years and never had one issue or had anything of this type of cleaning done. She took way too long, and didn't have to polish. I found Dr. Weston professional. I would need more time with her to say anything else, but that will not happen as I do not plan to return to this office. Autumn did not do her job in setting the correct time expectation for a 1st visit, nor does she verify your benefits either prior to your appointment, or during if you would need to set up another appt for a secondary procedure. This office just waits to see what your insurance pays, and you find out way later what you owe. Process and procedures should be made clear to the patient either in writing, or explained by the whom schedules appointments, the hygienist, and or dentist, and they weren't. I left with a very negative impression due to the lack of communication all around.

Best dentist experience ever. Such friendly staff and even though I have 2 kiddos I have to bring along with me each time -- the staff are so gracious & kind to them. My kids both have great experiences at their appointments and never cry (amazing!!). They actually look forward to the dentist. I have a very very small mouth, and they do an amazing job of not hurting me & being very delicate. Could not be happier!!! Highly recommend to everyone I know!

Our family is so impressed with Weston Dental! Dr. Weston is professional and is great at explaining things that even my young kids can understand. All three of my kids love going there! My six year old was there for a cleaning last week and right after he said, "Wow, I feel so good!" with a big smile on his face. The staff at Weston Dental are friendly and warm and so good at what they do! And when my kids are happy knowing they are seeing Dr. Weston and her staff....well then that puts a big smile on my face too!

I drive 3 hours because of the friendly staff and amazing knowledge. Never any surprises on procedures or billing!!

My 11 year old son had a bad previous experience at a different dentist. He also has high anxiety. Fortunate for us we found Dr. Marino! He is patient, kind, caring and was great with my son. He is hands down the BEST!! I can't express enough how grateful I am for giving my son a pleasant experience.

Dr. Leah Weston and her team are top notch dental professionals. I had an unexpected tooth issue arise late in the evening and the Weston Dental staff called me before the office was even open the following day to setup an immediate appointment. I can't imagine you will find a better dentist and staff anywhere else in Des Moines. I highly recommend Weston Dental.
