Dr. Thomas LaMartinagrew up in the St. Louis area and completed his undergraduate work in Springfield, MO. He is a 1995 graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. LaMartina entered a General Practice Residency through Washington University at Barnes-Jewish and St. Louis Childrens Hospital. In 1997 he relocated to Farmington, Missouri with his wife and family. In 2004, Dr. LaMartina moved from a downtown location to a new facility near the Farmington High School on the corner of Westmount Drive and Doctors Drive. The practice then took the name Westmount Dental Arts which has evolved into one of the most respected dental practices in the Parkland.
At Westmount Dental Arts we have always put the patients interest first by treating them like a family member. In dentistry, there are frequently a number of directions that a treatment plan can go. We present the treatment options and recommendations, then have the patient direct how and when to proceed. Rest assured, that any recommended treatment option is one that the doctor would present to his own family in similar circumstances.
In addition, Dr. LaMartina practices in collaboration with a network of the areas most talented specialists. If there is ever a situation best handled by a medical or dental specialist, we will only recommend another doctor that has earned our respect and trust through a history of excellent patient care.

This was my first visit and I was 100% satisfied! The office was very nice, the staff were friendly and efficient, as was Dr. LaMartina. I highly recommend Westmount Dental Arts!

First time patient. They took lots of pictures, Dentist took his time explaining everything and made sure I understood. Also asked if I had any areas of concern in which he addressed each thing. We were really impressed with the care we received today. Kids loved it there too. Very happy with our first visit.

I struggled so much with finding a good dentist office for my kids, I ended up finding a great one. They are worth the drive (I live about 45 minutes away). The staff are always friendly and they work so well with my shy kiddos.

After seeing another dentist. Then medical doctor. My son remained on excruciating pain. With no answer for cause. Westmount saw him. Immediately. Diagnosed the problem and prescribed medication and numbed area. Next morning pain already subsiding. Thank you from my son and myself.
