The dentist does not take his time looking at peoples teeth! My daughter had a very small hole in one of her teeth, so I let the hygienist know and when the dentist came in he looked at her mouth for 30 seconds and said looks good see you back in six months! I had to tell him to stop and look at the hole in her tooth and he said oh yeah just keep an eye on it! A year later my daughter has five cavities and that hole is now too big to be filled and she has have a silver caI! The dentist she sees now said he definitely would've did some thing back then. Please don't go to this dental office if you have any real issues with your teeth.He needs to go ahead and retire!

Had to go there as they were the only place to take my old insurance. Staff was cold and rude. I waited in the room for a cleaning for ten to fifteen minutes alone with no checking in on me, during my first appointment. I got my two front teeth filled about three years ago there and the popped out this past Christmas. Also had a huge panic attack while getting those fillings and the dentist was pretty rude about it.

The receptionist is VERY rude and unprofessional. Based on my interaction with her alone I will NEVER go back.

I agree with previous comments about current receptionists being very rude. They have lost many patients to this. I have been going to Westmeyer Dental for 30 years. His father was my dentist before him. My father & grandfather were patients there also.

The technicians are helpful and kind and I have always enjoyed seeing them and Dr. Westmeyer. I have been a patient for a long time. However, I've made a conscience decision not to return because of the attitude and lack of customer care from the staff from the receptionists. This is not any reflection on Dr. Westmeyer's professional care -but rather his poor decision to employee people that treat patients with such disrespect. Ultimately this is a reflection on Dr. Westmeyer and his practice. ...

Receptionest is prejudice. She was very rude, unhelpful, and snotty. I would never recommend this place, where they feel they can talk to you any way.

Receptionest is prejudice. She was very rude, unhelpful, and snotty. I would never recommend this place, where they feel they can talk to you any way.

It's a good dental practice. I don't need bells and whistles. The staff has always been nice and friendly. My cleanings are quick and easy, my appointments are on time and never run long. The only complaint from my family so far is that the time with the dentist is quick and feels rushed. I get it, he's busy and well that's the way it is. Just saying it's not a perfect practice but I'm happy with what I get.

Great service. I haven't had more than a five minute wait to go into the back offices. The staff is very friendly and always willing to answer your questions. The doctor is great too. I have never felt, unlike other dental practices, that I was being sold unnecessary services. Their prices are fair when compared to the four other dentists that I've shopped. My whole family will be going as a result of their personal service and pricing.
